Excellent location, close to centro storico but very quiet, walkable distance to train station and port. Great staff who will (pro actively) help you with for instance taxi. And the rooftop terrace with nice chairs is a top bonus! Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay in an ideal location! The hotel is within walking distance of nearly everything, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Since I arrived late, I really appreciated how detailed and helpful the check-in instructions were, which made the process completely stress-free.
The staff provided excellent recommendations throughout my stay and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. A special shoutout to Chia, who was incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind. Her assistance and local advice made my trip that much better. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

Perfect Location - amazing all around

This place was a real gem! The rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The shower had great water pressure and the hot water was plentiful. There was a mini fridge in the room, but there is also a communal kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and freezer. The shared rooftop patio was a great spot to relax and we met a few of the other guests and swap travel stories.
Location was perfect for our needs - lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Napoli suites is clean, comfortable, and a simple accommodation in a great central location close to shopping, eateries, etc. The staff are helpful and the space is well maintained. The church bell outside the patio in the morning was delightful.
A couple items to note:
- Front desk is minimally staffed and check in time is after desk hours. Stay in communication and the staff will give self check in directions for self check in (we communicated through hotels and WhatsApp).
- Location may be difficult if you have mobility needs (cobblestone roads, etc) however the hotel itself has a lift.
- Location is not marked on the outside so follow the instructions from the staff (they sent me a couple of videos).
Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would stay again!
