Excellent hotel - would definitely return
Booked 3 nights here in June for our family of 5 across 2 rooms. This was our first time in Naples. Upon booking on booking.com I requested if our rooms could be close, and also if prosecco could be provided as it was our wedding anniversary. Communication was excellent from the start. As we were arriving late I also asked the hotel to organize a taxi transfer for us which they did and we were very grateful for after a delayed take off and delayed luggage.
The hotel reception and breakfast room is on the ground floor of a large shared building and the rooms are over a number of floors but with their own locked entrance to the hotel section of each floor. Codes and cards were given and this system was easy to navigate. There is a very small lift to help with luggage but some carrying is still required. This was not a problem for us. The 2 rooms were side by side. They were spacious, spotlessly clean, bright with small balconies. Bathroom was stocked with slippers, shampoos, shower cap, hair dryer, plenty of towels. We had very lovely prosecco and sausage rolls waiting in the room for us which were so appreciated after a late arrival. The air conditioning was excellent and so so welcome in the 32 degree heat.
Breakfast was included and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages (European hot dog style), selection of cakes (the lemon one was AMAZING), fresh pastries including croissants, hot dogs, pain au chocolate etc, yoghurts, fruit, cereal and juice. A staff member made us a lovely cappuccino each morning.
The hotel is on a main street in a great location. We walked to every we wanted to see within the city and used a tour company for our trip to Pompei. We always felt safe and used local shops and restaurants each day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples. The staff are excellent as is communication before and during the trip. The location was perfect as I did not want to be navigating quiet side streets with young children. I would definitely return.

Beautiful place
Great location, close to metro 1, port, airport bus, Teledo street and umberto 1. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Too bad the windows are thin, which makes it very noisy on the street side. The breakfast is really amazing with a wide choice of cakes, pastries...The staff is really efficient, discreet and friendly

Not recommended!
We stayed at this B&B with great disappointment.
Upon arrival we were told we had received an “upgrade” to a larger room due to some cancellations due to bad weather. In fact, the assigned room was dark, noisy, small, poorly maintained and above all cold,
The room is different from the photos advertising the property!.
The heating was not on and the bathroom was completely devoid of it, making the stay quite uncomfortable.
We have reported the problem but nothing has been done to remedy it or to propose an alternative solution. We would have expected more attention to guest comfort.
For these reasons, we currently do not feel like recommending this property!

A dream!
I stayed 4 days in this wonderful b&b with my husband and my 11-year-old son both celiac. What about... everything perfect! The lady is of a unique kindness, welcomed us very well and gave 1000 information about both the city and the places where you can eat gluten-free. The location is great, central and close to the metro. The room large, clean, quiet and... surprise! When we entered we found a huge jacuzzi, very relaxing, after a day of sightseeing! The breakfast was great. I took cakes and croissants delizio from the buffet, while for my husband and my son came from the kitchen: typical Neapolitan sweets and savory! Definitely if we return to Naples we would know where to stay! Highly recommended!!

I appreciate the efforts but more can be done
Convenient location to all services, good cleanliness, a flaw can be traffic and noise h24 from the street to the most sensitive ears, the windows fail to soundproof well. The breakfast was hearty but not fresh (kiwi undone, eggs that tasted fresh...).
The staff present but not very warm, I struggled because some did not even speak Italian and sat a bit squished.
I adapt but I felt little Neapolitan heat, the lady practically never seen. I don't think I'm going back.

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua esperienza. Ci teniamo a precisare che la nostra struttura non è un albergo, ma un ambiente pensato per offrire un servizio pratico e accogliente. La reception non è prevista, ma è solo un servizio aggiuntivo che offriamo ai nostri ospiti per accoglierli al meglio. Alla luce di ciò, va da sé che la presenza della proprietaria non è obbligatoria, anche se vi siete incontrate più volte durante il soggiorno. Sarebbe stato utile, in uno di questi incontri o magari chiamandola al telefono, comunicare tempestivamente eventuali disguidi o disappunti. In questo modo si sarebbe potuto intervenire prontamente.
Riguardo allo staff, ci teniamo a sottolineare che il nostro obiettivo è garantire un servizio attento e disponibile alle necessità dei nostri clienti, anche se non necessariamente "caloroso" nel senso tradizionale del termine. La nostra priorità è sempre quella di essere presenti e pronti a rispondere alle esigenze di chi soggiorna con noi. Non è abitudine dello staff essere “svaccati” o poco professionali. In effetti, ci sono tre persone che si occupano della preparazione della colazione, e più volte hanno preparato la colazione per i suoi ragazzi che l'hanno consumata direttamente in camera, proprio per venire incontro alle vostre esigenze.
Riguardo alla colazione, prepariamo ogni giorno cibi freschi, visto l'elevato consumo che fortunatamente abbiamo. I kiwi erano maturi, non sfatti, e lavoriamo sempre per offrire prodotti di qualità.
Per quanto riguarda la sua affermazione “Non credo ci tornerò”, ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non abbia soddisfatto pienamente le sue aspettative. Tuttavia, rispettiamo la sua decisione. Noi, dal canto nostro, gradiremmo molto avere ospiti che apprezzano il nostro impegno e la nostra dedizione nel cercare sempre di fare del nostro meglio per offrire un soggiorno confortevole e di qualità.
