Esperienza da ripetere bellissimo hotel davvero da ammirare proletario gentilissimo e simpatico personale rigorosamente eccellente e garbato in particolare il mitico gianne e Lucrezia da rivenirci ve lo consiglio vivamente mi sono sentito come a casa

Disappointing!

Truly an experience that I will never repeat again. We came with a nice group of friends. An endless wait, we sat at 9pm and waited more than an hour for the first ones. In addition to this the waiter, a courteous person, however, seemed really inexperienced not knowing how to manage so many people together. He didn't provide us with menus, he sent the commands first seconds and appetizers all together, plus the fact that they forgot two courses.
The food was really scarce .. they offer you cheese and pepper pasta but they bring you a paste with cream .. what a disappointment to be a stone's throw from Rome! In addition to the fact that they turn cats near the table (inside) while eating.
And to finish the bill .. really too expensive for what we ate!
We're not going back.

3 cold nights in a dusty room

definetly my standarts of 3*room is different from these Italian ones... snails in bathroom, ~15 to 20 celcius, all covered in dust and dead spiders (bedding - dusty and smells of old!)
breakfast? hm, that 'continental' thing - a cruasan, teaspoon of jam, teaspoon of butter and a mild coffee and juice (if you get there in time!)

I just came back from Rome and this was the hotel the agency had booked for my group to sleep in. There is litterally nothing around this hotel, except of a hospital right across form it. Upon the arrival, there was no one there to greet us, we had to wait in the courtyard for couple of minutes before someone came. Rooms were cold, bathrooms dirty, there were no bins in our rooms, towels resembled to a cloth and were smelly, some rooms didn't have blankets on beds, just sheets and some thin bed covers. Although I didn't find snails in my room, one room had them. Breakfast was very poor- just one small butter, jam and croissant each day. Dinner was a bit better but not that much- pasta for antipasti (that was OK), potato and chicken (the meat wasn't fresh, it had a small), and bought panatone and crostata for dessert. We had to wait for diner although our tour guide always told the staff when they can expect us. That didn't bother them to keeps us waiting for half an hour. And to bring us cold food.
All in all, I would never recommend this hotel!! I don't know if there is a part of the hotel that is better and the one that is worse, but the one I stayed in was awful.

Camera cambiata per presenza peli altrui nella doccia
Seconda camera con Bagno all'odor di fogna, lampadine che si accendevano e spegnevano da sole, TV senza canali per mancanza aggiornamento, finestra deformata che chiudeva male.
Cena: pasta senza sale e carne avariata, non brasiliana come dicevano loro
Colazione: striminzita
Prezzo: alto per quello che promette
