pool not recommended!! poor hygiene!!
but like last time in June we found the water murky from nn be able to see the bottom and very very dirty!
I warned but nothing was done indeed in the afternoon it was much worse!!
last time (June) the lifeguard practically non-existent, as today, had given me a good excuse saying that a different chlorine had been put on than usual.
We wore the headphones like most customers but at some point from the afternoon people came in without! ..... at this point I do not understand if then it is mandatory or not!!
but it should be for hygiene!!!
People who came in and out by the pool wearing shoes!!
For lunch I was served a salad on a paper plate ! The amount was less than an envelope with 2 number tomatoes and a piece of tuna.
I asked for vinegar, I was told, even in a bad way, that they had no vinegar whatsoever!

Bad organization and very poor service.
We found ourselves without hot water and without the possibility of being able to take a shower.
Very poor food.
very nice location but unfortunately the organization ruins everything.

STAY AWAY FROM US!!!
Moreover, the scarce quantity ...
All served in paper plates (4 star HOTEL) for a thirtieth but are you kidding?
The room where we had dinner really bare and SLEAK, an incredible sadness.
Some of the group stayed here overnight.
Only after arriving (in the evening for the aperitif) we discover that there is no HOT WATER.
The boiler broke and they couldn't find anyone to come fix it,
(So we have been told).
Instead we discover that the hot water has not been there for TIME and this thing is not serious but VERY SERIOUS!
There were people who came on purpose from Naples, from Palermo and could not even take a hot shower in the evening, nor the next day of course.
In the end they gave us a paltry discount of 12.5 € per person for this HUGE DISCOMFORT, really DISRESPECTFUL!!!
So overall BAD AND I CAN'T RECOMMEND IT!
Only positive notes :
1) the outer space ,
2) the comfortable bed.
