DO NOT GO THERE - CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY NON-EXISTENT
We booked for just one night at this establishment on Via Emilia, a super busy road both day and night, with poor soundproofing. The place itself is not bad, but it lacks many considerations. The area is close to livestock farms, and you can smell it, plus there are many flies, so having screens on the windows would be almost mandatory. Customer service is completely absent. There is no one at the reception even during regular check-in hours. The television in the room did not work, and we were told they could do nothing since they were not on-site. But the most serious issue was the absence of the air conditioning remote control!!!!! Therefore, the air conditioner was unusable!!!! We wrote on WhatsApp asking where the remote was, they read the message but did not even bother to respond! So, we spent a sleepless night (the windows could not be opened due to noise, flies, and mosquitoes), which is not what you expect when you pay to sleep in a place. I give it a 1 because you cannot give the much-deserved 0.

TOTAL DISHONESTY - Wonderbox - shameful!
It is not my habit to write a review of a place where I have not actually stayed, but in this case, given the incredible dishonesty, I feel compelled to advise other potential visitors.
I contacted the establishment to use a Wonderbox gift box "A Thousand and One Nights": unlike most participating establishments, which - rightly - offered a one-night stay, this establishment advertised on the website a two-night stay for two people, with two breakfasts and a tasting (it was also listed among the top establishments, as they offered two nights).
In response to my email requesting information for the reservation, I was asked for a "supplement" of ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY EUROS.
Moreover, they incorrectly quoted the requested dates in the estimate, and after several reminders.
I am truly at a loss for words regarding this truly deceitful way of acting, to use a euphemism.
Participation in the Wonderbox program is evidently not mandatory, nor is it necessary to publish on the official website conditions of use that do not correspond to the truth.
This behavior is incredibly dishonest and also counterproductive; I do not understand why they would want to make a fool of themselves and create terrible publicity (when it would have simply sufficed to include only one night instead of two, or not add the tasting, only to propose "surcharges" of €140... truly ridiculous!)

Not to be repeated
The location would also be nice but......
more cleaning and maintenance is needed. Very poor lighting on the ground floor. Upon entering you are greeted by a stale smell. Spiders and webs everywhere. Sunken mattress with uncomfortable pillows. But the real pearl is the bathroom with broken tiles in various places and a shower cubicle with man-height mold and fouling inside and out. Not recommended.

Very negative
Bad reception guests, no personal recognition but only with the sending of documents. Arrived at the structure with a thousand codes and different keys in escape room style... having asked a thousand times the presence of the kitchen (before, during and after booking) I discover that the use of the same provided for an extra payment of 30 €... I was never told before but I found out from a note found inside the room, next to the coffee machine NOT WORKING!
The room had a strong smell of moisture, chest of drawers and old and smelly cabinets that were difficult to use. Light too low in the room/kitchen and really dirty dishes. I will never return and do not recommend staying at this property!!

Don’t book there
My reservation was cancelled by owners by receiving an email that they will cancel right away for wrong people on the reservation a few days before arrival without any try to fix the numbers. Reservation was made through their website. If you want to be sure for your reservation use booking.com or other trusted booking engine. Never experienced that in Italy and absolutely not fair practice. Would not reccommend.
