Perfect and affordable!

Hotel in the center; if you are lucky, you can even find parking nearby.
We were in an apartment on the main street, recently renovated.
Super clean.
The lady at the bar was very kind; the bar was full from morning to night.
Definitely an excellent accommodation for Norcia

Budget accommodation in the historic center

I was there with friends during a motorcycle tour.
It is located in the historic center, with a side entrance on an alley that is not very visible.
The rooms are small but cozy, everything is clean and tidy, and considering the price, it is more than acceptable.
Breakfast at the bar below is also included in the payment.
A great opportunity to visit Norcia since everything in the town is within a few steps.

Great stay. Mrs. Simona welcoming and kind. Rooms small but clean and complete with every comfort. It has no air conditioning but ceiling fan, but that's fine. Having the bar great breakfast. Being downtown has no parking just but not in the street. Free Wifi

Central location Great Welcoming and new and clean rooms.

All very well! New and spotless room! Great Welcoming and helpfulness. Very central location. We had a great time! Thanks to all the staff and in particular to Simona who welcomed us and made us feel immediately at home. Even the ice cream is delicious....
