Excellent

Bright rooms large and spotless welcome and excellent availability. .Excellent value for money rating 10+ a few steps from the historic center.
Recommendation to everyone because it really deserves.
For breakfast coffee machine with quality tea pods and biscuits.

Nestled in the historic center!

A nice accommodation in the city center, convenient to services, car parking on the street but almost always available. The very spacious room offered a double bed, fridge, TV and climate; bedroom with single bed and bathroom with large shower! Clean environment, outdoor space to lay down or sit comfortably for breakfast!

Excellent location and comfortable and functional rooms.

I stayed in the structure with some friends for a concert. The location is central, very convenient for visiting Noto. We occupied 4 rooms and all were large and clean, not noisy, with comfortable beds. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

Vacanza a Noto (sr) presso 'Casa del Barocco "

Siamo stati in questa struttura affittando due distinte camere nel corrente mese Agosto. Ebbene in una camera con letto matrimoniale, il materasso dello stesso era consumato/vecchio, ma nello stesso tempo al momento di adagiarsi si creava un "fosso" il che non consentiva un buon riposo. Passando al secondo appartamentino, appena subito entrati abbiamo notato una polverina bianca a terra attorno ad alcuni mobili, il che avendo una cagnetta al seguito abbiamo subito telefonato al responsabile (dato che quasi mai era presente nella struttura) che ci ha assicurato che si trattava di borotalco per combattere le formiche. A questo si aggiunge ragnatele sui soffitti, porta asciugamani rotti, specchio bagno privo di lampada e quindi difficoltà a radersi e truccarsi, copriletto pieno di macchie, quindi indice di insufficiente pulizia e per finire( dato che non metteremo più piede in questa pseudo casa vacanza) abbiamo convissuto per 12 ore con acqua torbida color terra che sgorgava dai rubinetti della struttura. Per chiudere , volendo dare un voto da 1 a 5 a quanto suddetto , mi esprimo bonariamente con

Una casa senza amore

Doveva essere una gita fuori porta per il mio compleanno, tuttavia disdire e spostare le date è stata la prima disavventura. Il numero registrato su Booking non era attivo, il rimborso non era previsto e nemmeno la colazione, nonostante i 75 euro a notte! La posizione è collocata a più di due chilometri di erta dalla stazione. I muri pieni di crepe, gli arredi modesti, insomma un posticino per coppie male in arnese con aspettative pressoché raso terra e nessuna volontà di essere accolti. Ringrazio per le cialde del caffè e l'acqua in camera
