Relaxing seaside
Beautiful seaside residence, we had a sea-view apartment with a terrace where we could eat and relax while watching the sea. The owners are very accommodating and courteous, with maximum freedom. With a short and pleasant walk, you can reach the center of Marzamemi. The sea in front exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Ideal seaside accommodation
Very well-located accommodation right by the beach. The apartment is spacious, very well-equipped, very clean, and well air-conditioned (essential in summer). A special mention for the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff: due to flight delay and car rental problems, Francesco waited for us very late at night to give us the keys and also put us in contact with rental companies in Marzamemi so that we could obtain a vehicle. Thanks again to him.

Late June beach vacation
We spent a 7-day vacation at this property at the end of June 2026. The apartment we stayed in was on the first floor and had a panoramic terrace, excellent for having breakfast with a sea view and spending pleasant evenings dining in the cool air.
Equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishes, pots, and every accessory. Air conditioning in the bedroom.
The sea is right in front and it is possible to use both the public beach and the beach clubs. It does not have reserved parking, but on the street there is a space facing the beach, unfortunately also used by occasional visitors. The beach is maintained by the Municipality, which does not always monitor the maintenance of cleanliness, which often, due to the incivility of a few bathers, is not the best. One must take into account the lack of supermarkets in the area and therefore it is necessary to go by car to Pachino (about 5 km) or to Portopalo, which is further away. It is advisable to reach Marzamemi on foot since it is only 15 min. away and offers numerous restaurants and many small places to enjoy typical dishes. Ms. Jessica, who handles the reception, was very helpful and ensured a good stay. The only downside, in my opinion, is the placement of the waste bins, which obviously require sorting; they are located on an internal path, which is otherwise very well-kept, but not hidden or protected from the sun.

Grazie infinite per aver condiviso la sua esperienza. La ringraziamo inoltre molto per i suoi preziosi suggerimenti. In merito ai contenitori per la raccolta differenziata, teniamo a spiegarle che in passato avevamo provato a schermarli con dei frangivista per renderli meno visibili; tuttavia, questa soluzione aveva finito per creare non poca confusione tra gli ospiti, che facevano fatica a individuarli per gettare i rifiuti correttamente. Abbiamo così deciso di rimuoverli e lasciarli in una posizione più visibile e intuitiva per tutti i nostri clienti.
Faremo comunque tesoro della sua osservazione per valutare ulteriori migliorie che possano coniugare al meglio praticità e decoro.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente presto a Marzamemi!

I think that if you pay 250 euros per night(as I did) you should have a good value for money but it wasn’t.
I think that when you pay 250 euros per night, you should expect at least a good value for money but it wasn’t. An example? Air conditioning just in the bedroom, unsanitized soap, no hair cap. I can’t understand a all a so expensive cost for that

Vorremmo precisare che il costo più elevato è dipeso dal fatto che ha prenotato un appartamento da 4 persone, occupandolo in 2 soli ospiti e per una sola notte: in questi casi le spese di biancheria e pulizia, che solitamente vengono ammortizzate su più giorni, incidono interamente sul prezzo finale.
Inoltre, richieste come sapone igienizzato o cuffie da doccia sono servizi normalmente previsti in hotel, mentre nel caso delle case vacanza – come la nostra – non rientrano abitualmente nell’offerta.
Siamo comunque spiacenti che la sua esperienza non abbia rispecchiato le aspettative e terremo in considerazione le sue osservazioni per migliorare ulteriormente i nostri servizi.
