Nice and clean, the place to be
On a quiet street, right near the heart of the city. 10 minutes walking from “corso Garibaldi”, the Cathedrals of “Santa Maria della neve” and “Le grazie”. The host Fabrizio helped me whenever I needed, As soon as we arrived He showed us the commune area for breakfast, our room and He gave us few advices about the city. Room tidy and spacious. Breakfast very good and great coffee to start the day. WiFi worked properly. Very satisfied. Thanks. We’ll definitely be back

Perfect Location with an excellent host
Stayed in July. The place is well located 6 mins walk to the centro and quiet neighbourhood and Fabrizio the host was very helpful and very cordial.The breakfast was self service with a very wide choices. Parking was always available during my stay. They have a good bakery behind the premises.

Very good location, spacious & comfortable, generous & helpful host.
Fabrizio is a very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable host who can explain anything you'd like to know in the area. His trip & restaurant tips were top notch! He lives a few minutes away - was there when we arrived at the arranged time. Good location, quiet area, parking outside and just a few minutes stroll from the old centre where nice bars and restaurants are to be found - no easy parking there.
Room was quiet, very clean, bed very comfortable, sofa, bathroom quite new, good quality with lots of hot water. On the top floor are the kitchen, dining and lounge area and a small terrace, good views out from the dining area. The shared whole floor is available to use when you want - very good after a long day out - cafe, tea, cakes, etc fridge available if you wish.
Breakfast is sweet Italian style, self-serve as and when you wish - ample prepacked cakes, bread, yoghurts, fruit - with some fresh brioche and bread from the nearby shops would have been top dollar!

Nice host, but should learn more abou running a B&B
-We notified the host of our arrival time he wasn't there when we arrived, so we had to call him on the phone, and then in 10-15min he arrived (like with the most local people poor English). He showed us around the room and the whole apartment. When we came to the kitchen/dining area he explained that we can make breakfast ourselfs or he will come and make it for us. Since everything is in the same room we thought it would be silly to wait for him to make coffee in the coffee machine and take out things from the fridge. We asked him if there will be bread at 7:30 in the morning, he said yes, but it turned out bread by bread he meant the moulino bianco long lasting bread from the plastic bag (no toaster), we ended up buying our own bread. Room wasn't cleaned not once, and the trash was never emptied, and even the trash in the kitchen wasn't emptied for two days. The kitchen/dining room is located on the second floor and is part of an apartment, so the guests located on the first floor have to climb up the stairs and you have the feeling you are coming to somebody elses apartment. He told us not to worry about that, but next morning we found a woman in a dining room covered only in a towel fresh from the shower (we don't know who was more suprised us or her). Deep freezer is broken. You can't use the stove, windows were dirty. The photos don't really show how the apartment really looks like.
+Location was OK (just 5min walking from the center), Parking in a quiet oneway street was free, positive side was that we could use these kitchen facilities anytime we wanted (but most of the people situated in Nuoro are not in the apartment during the day)

Well looked after
Fabrizio could not have been more helpful. I arrived late and opened up and showed me the apartment. He then spent some time with a map of Nuoro showing me the best places to see and where to eat. He even rang and booked me in for a typical Sardinian meal that evening.
