Close to the highway. Comfortable beds. Kind staff

We stayed at this hotel in August. There were three of us and we booked a very spacious and elegantly furnished junior suite. The only downside is the carpeting throughout the hotel, but it was still well cleaned. Although the decor is slightly dated, the beds were quite comfortable and in our case the double bed was extra-large. The bathroom was large and very clean. I was very positively impressed by the use of eco-friendly toilet paper as well as all the accessories. Since we are enrolled in their points program, they welcomed us with a glass of prosecco and a discount on the room price. Furthermore, there was water available to us in the room.
The parking lot is large, unattended but under constant video surveillance. Fast check-in and check-out, handled by a guy named Lorenzo who was kind and helpful with all information.
We had dinner at their restaurant, which was quiet and clean. Typical dishes and average prices. The waitress was always smiling despite being alone to serve all the tables.
The only truly sore and disappointing point was breakfast: the coffee machines etc. were not working, so the poor waitress had to keep going back and forth to the bar. Some of the planned pastries were missing.
The croissants were gone and the hazelnut spread dispenser was empty. In short, everything needs to be reviewed.
Overall: location, parking, reception, cleaning, rooms, and restaurant very good. I recommend it, while noting the difficulties with breakfast beforehand.

Highly recommended.

We stayed for two days with a package. The room was a bit dated but very clean, as was the spacious bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and savory. I also noticed great attention to ecology. Attentive and helpful staff. I ate at the restaurant both evenings, really well. Very large parking lot and property located near the highway exit.

It seemed much better before staying there.

A piece of advice: the price for the period was quite average considering the nearby events... however, the refrigerator in the room was not working, and I was told they are replacing them; they kindly said they would keep things for me in case of need, but what if I had been thirsty at night? At 8:30, we left the room for a tour, and upon returning at 12:30, the room was not yet cleaned; the hand soap was the same as the day before and was not replenished... just a small soap... at least that... in the bathroom, not even a small ventilation fan... in hotels of the same city with fewer stars, I found all this and even more... the nice park and greenery do not justify the many positive reviews for the price anyway.

Disappointing. An inconvenience.

Disappointing experience. The reservation with dinner included offered a very poor and substandard separate menu compared to that proposed by a regular restaurant, despite the price paid (€70 for two dinners, excluding drinks). The menu was not suitable for any intolerances; I was offered a plain pasta as if I were the problem. I had to opt for a large salad and eat elsewhere.
Noisy room; the window faced an outdoor area that featured karaoke/show nights. Despite the windows being closed, I had to wait for the end of the show.
Unprofessional staff.
