Highly recommended hotel/residence
I spent a wonderful week staying at the Mullegh residence and using the hotel's services.
Clean pool, full of whatever hydromassage you could want; one indoor and two outdoor, one of which is very warm. Elegant and very comfortable solarium with a spectacular view. Equipped gym and tennis courts. Spa with a quiet relaxation area, with saunas, Turkish bath, various showers, and a small Kneipp path; herbal teas and dried fruit are always available. The lady was very kind and very competent; she treated my son's foot with great dedication. In the residence, which is a short distance from the hotel, we found a very spacious and very clean apartment. Too bad about the carpeted floor. Kitchen equipped with dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven. Mid-week we were offered a change of towels, which we declined because, as 4 people with 3 bathrooms, we hadn't really used them all. We thank the entire staff of the facility, who were very kind and helpful.

I expected something more
We stayed 3 nights a week ago, food, cleanliness, spa and pools all excellent, friendly and non-intrusive staff.
Negative notes: location along a fairly noisy road right by a curve, unfortunately not visible in the photos on the website. Exorbitant cost for a bottle of Plose water (6 euros). We opted for a two-room suite, with two separate rooms, since our 23-year-old son was with us; the third bed was a narrow and short sofa with a small topper placed on top, my son slept with his feet hanging off. In the boy's room there was neither a TV, nor a closet to store clothes, nor a console to place the PC, and not even a shelf to put the suitcase on. In light of all this, the price seemed a bit too high to us.
The room does not have a kettle or a minibar; for the latter, the hotel claims to follow an ecological line aimed at reducing consumption.

Super!
We stayed at this hotel from 17 to 24 January. What about... above all expectations, our room was at the Gratterhof, a small annex connected directly to the Spa and the hotel by a heated underground corridor. The renovated Spa is exceptional with new heated outdoor pools, relaxation areas and sauna/hammam areas with herbal tea corner. The hotel is located 50 meters from the Olang cable car that leads directly to the summit of Plan de Corones. A few meters away are also the ski bus stops that connect the other ski areas and the Val Pusteria train, which allowed us to visit Brunico and its surroundings without using the car. Catering a bit sought after, but it's a personal opinion. The hotel has a heated and brand new ski room, and (with extra charge) a covered garage.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Nice nice, I would stay there maybe even in summer.

4 stelle? Assolutamente no, qualità/prezzo non conforme
Bella solo fuori. Rumore e servizi zero
Soggiorno deludente e caro rispetto a quello che offrono.
Le uniche cose positive:
piscine belle, giardino curato e pulito. Colazione ricca con frutta fresca e ottimi formaggi.
I problemi veri:
Costi assurdi
24€ al giorno per il cane senza nemmeno un kit cortesia (1 tappetino) Solo soldi.
SPA - 95€ per un massaggio (che mi era stato disdetto con una motivazione improbabile e rinviato al giorno dopo) fatto da personale che non sapeva nemmeno da che parte iniziare!! Imbarazzante!
Gentilezza sì, professionalità zero. Soldi letteralmente buttati nel cestino.
CAMERE (la nostra era la suite)
Spaziose ma vuote: niente kit base, sapone insufficiente (siamo stati costretti a comprarlo) phon pessimo che neanche in un 2 stelle. Niente aria condizionata e niente frigo con la scusa "ecologica" che però sul prezzo non si vede.
La mia camera affacciava su una strada molto rumorosa già dal mattino presto e siamo stati obbligati a tenere la finestra aperta per prendere il fresco. Risultato: zero sonno.
Un giorno la camera non è stata pulita perché "a corto di personale".
RECEPTION
Personale che finge disponibilità. In realtà alla minima osservazione o richiesta sempre pronti a rimbeccare gli ospiti invece di risolvere. Comportamento inaccettabile per una 4 STELLE.

Bella e pulita, ma il personale accompagna visitatori esterni per le visite alla SPA anche con le scarpe!
Oltre a rovinare il relax, è anche poco igienico.
RISTORANTE
Cucina pretenziosa con diversi errori. Nel complesso sufficiente.
