Everything is positive.
We stayed four nights in this hotel, which is very functional for visiting the Sinis peninsula.
Spacious, clean, quiet rooms equipped with a fridge.
Convenient free internal parking.
Abundant and well-prepared breakfast.

All right... but breakfast....
I stayed at the Mistral hotel for a business trip.
We say a good accommodation, comfortable and close to the center.
Spacious and equipped room, comfortable bed.
The interiors would need to be renovated a bit (wardrobe with doors all scratched, carpet in the hallway uhm) but it was all decently clean.
The thing that takes away many points is breakfast, not for what you are or are not, but for the lady who takes care of it
I used to walk into rooms with a "good morning", no answer and my head down on my phone.
She occupies the counter and should propose hot drinks or at least ask "what do you like?" ...nothing...so I ask for a coffee.
She prepares it without a word, I already sitting at the table for breakfast, she puts it at the counter and says "done".... but bring it to the table not?????
Annoyed air, no greetings, no smile, head down on the phone. All this for 2 mornings...

Mold growing in the shower. Metal fixtures falling off the walls. Wifi so horribly on 4th floor we had to use our data. Lights burned out in the 4th floor hallway. Room was from the 1950s/60s. Worst hotel of our 3 week trip so far. At €110 per night it’s not even close to the quality we’ve had in other places

Great potential, great location, friendly staff... but in need of renovation
Great location downtown. Few parking spaces available, although in the adjacent streets you can park easily. Mine is a vote of encouragement for the location and great friendliness of the staff that compensate for the structure itself in need of obvious renovation. The elevators, bathrooms and doors in the first place. Great breakfast and spacious rooms. Air conditioning excessive!! I hope to return with improvements welcomed because it is a shame.

Accogliamo con attenzione anche le sue osservazioni relative alla struttura. Ci teniamo a precisare che gli ascensori sono stati recentemente sostituiti e i lavori sono stati completati a dicembre 2025. Per quanto riguarda bagni e porte, sono previsti interventi di manutenzione e rinnovamento graduali, compatibilmente con il fatto che la struttura rimane operativa durante tutto l’anno.
Recentemente abbiamo inoltre rinnovato gli esterni, installato il cappotto termico, sostituito tutti gli infissi e montato le zanzariere.
Per quanto concerne l’aria condizionata, ci dispiace che la regolazione non sia risultata confortevole: il sistema è centralizzato, ma il nostro staff è sempre disponibile su richiesta per effettuare verifiche o trovare soluzioni alternative.
La ringraziamo per il suo “voto di incoraggiamento” e per aver colto le potenzialità della struttura; ci auguriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro e mostrarle i miglioramenti che stiamo progressivamente introducendo.
