A perfect accommodation.
Hard to find any qualitative "flaw" in this dwelling. For us who had as our goal to visit Guardiagrele and the Majella the location turned out to be perfect.
The structure, on two levels, dominates a large and very well-kept garden, where there are stalls for private parking and possibility to have breakfast outdoors. Although on the street front, the place is quiet and peaceful. A few hundred meters separates the structure from Piazza Mazzini, the town center.
The occupied room, large and neat, the "Orchid, is cared for in the details, clean and cozy: two bright windows overlooking the garden, air conditioning, wall TV, wardrobe, small table with two chairs, comfortable bed, two bedside tables with a sash- jour. Functional bathroom, new, with balcony and no bidet. Good wifi.
Elegant breakfast room that is served by the owners. Good breakfast with the addition, to the packaged croissants, of slices of tarts and homemade panettone. Orange juice, water and cappuccino/coffee complete it.
The managers are kind, courteous and affable.
Excellent also in the quality - cost ratio.

Passing through Orsogna it is worth stopping
B&B a few hundred meters from the center of Orsogna. Functional apartment with a really cozy outdoor patio and a pleasant garden where you can relax. Excellent service. The owners were really very helpful and kind. Good breakfast consisting of homemade cakes. A nice surprise was the coffee prepared with the mocha. Additional services such as use of the kitchen or washing machine can be enjoyed on request.

WELCOME AND COURTESY COMBINED WITH QUALITY AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS
Very welcoming and tastefully furnished structure, architecturally enhancing a family home managed with love and attention to detail. The owners are welcoming and really kind. The room is spacious, clean and very nice. Traditional breakfast, plentiful and freshly prepared. Excellent location in relation to the motorway exit for those who need to break up a journey to and from the south of Italy. We will gladly return.

Delusione!
Siamo arrivati alle 17,30 ma ci è stato detto che il check-in sarebbe stato alle 18...peccato che siamo riusciti ad avere la nostra chiave solo alle 19,15
Dopo aver salito con le valigie delle scale alte e ripide, abbiamo preso posizione nei nostri alloggi. La mia amara sorpresa è stata di scoprire che il bagno era fuori dalla camera sul pianerottolo in comune con le altre stanze
I nostri amici hanno trovato nella doccia lamette usate e bustine di sapone consumate degli ospiti precedenti e nel bagno si sentiva forte odore di fogna
Nei bagni non c'è sapone e shampoo (il gestore mi ha detto che i B&B non li danno...e che hanno un costo, come se io stessi soggiornando lì gratis!)
La colazione scarsissima, non c'è praticamente scelta se non 1 tipo di succo, il caffè con la moka e fantomatiche torte casareccia dal sapore industriale.
Bruttissima esperienza!

Preferisco NON aggiungere altro a quanto già detto sugli altri portali, vista la premura e l'accortezza con la quale ha recensito gli stessi. Tengo comunque a precisarle che è stata segnalata come cliente, perché scrivere cose NON veritiere mi creda, NON è cosa buona e giusta! Ci prendiamo le Ns responsabilità e cercheremo ovviamente di fare sempre meglio, ma recensioni del genere, NON fanno altro che alimentare astio e sono FORTEMENTE contraddittorie con le altre che sono nettamente di parere opposto! Cordialmente, salutiamo.

Piacevole e personale cordiale
Siamo stati una sola notte. La stanza era carinissima e accogliente, il bagno privato ma non nella camera ma comunque adiacente e pulitissimo. Colazione stupenda con i dolci fatti in casa dalla proprietaria buonissimi, una cordialità difficile da trovare. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
