Wonderful experience

A wonderful experience!
Everything impeccable
We could not have asked for better from our stay at the Hotel Altamira, Orsogna (Chieti).
The hotel is gorgeous, in an excellent location and has a fantastic pool that gave us moments of pure fun.
But the real added value of this place is the staff, in particular Hatixhe (I hope I spelled her name right), a very sweet and very polite girl.
There are no words to describe her kindness, her politeness, and her total availability.
She pampered us and looked after us from beginning to end with a contagious smile and golden professionalism.
We felt welcomed like at home, if not better.
Everything simply perfect!

Really friendly & professional team. A really nice setting, lovely pool area and would love to return in the summer.
Veronica was particularly helpful, very generous with her time & knowledge.
Have to say, to check there are no celebrations or ask for a room that's not directly above them, 'loud'
