Wonderful experience

Very clean. Excellent location, very close to the Duomo and the center for lunch or dinner. Truly helpful and very kind staff. I really highly recommend it.

A pleasant surprise !

It was a simple hotel but really nice. Clean, accommodating staff, a nice breakfast and a great location.
One of our rooms the air conditioning wasn’t very strong so that is why a 4 instead of a 5. It was an unexpected stop for us and turned out to be a good choice!!

Regarding the air conditioning in one of your rooms, we wanted to gently let you know that all of our rooms are equipped with the exact same cooling system. If the air felt a bit weak, it was likely just set to a lower fan speed or temperature on the in-room thermostat. Each room has its own controller, allowing you to easily boost the power and adjust the climate to your personal comfort level.

Perfect location

Perfect location, quiet but still close to the main piazza. Lovely clean room with fridge and tea/coffee making, balcony and view. Lovely choice of breakfast, and coffees. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel
