Excellent!
A great solution for those who wish to spend a few days visiting the area. Just a stone's throw from Loreto and Recanati, it features spacious rooms, a king bed, and a high-quality breakfast. The restaurant was also very good.

EVERYTHING ALWAYS AT THE TOP
This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel for a stopover (just one night), and I must say I have always been satisfied; the hotel is nice, clean, and the beds are comfortable, and the half board with dinner in the evening at a fixed menu is always good. I will return again.

Below expectations
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet expectations at all. The cost of the room is too high compared to the quality of the room and the structure. Old room, as old are the furnishings, mattresses and bedding. Terrible smell inside the accommodation. Very little attention to the customer since, after calling the Saturday following my stay (16 August 2025) to speak with the manager or a manager, I was invited to write an email, with the assurance that I would be contacted the following Monday. Which it did not. Absolutely not recommended!

Poor attention to the guest
The hotel is worth much less than it is presented. It goes without saying then that much depends on the luck or otherwise that the various guests have ..; the pool is nothing but a nasty bathtub inaccessible to most and with only 4 sunbeds available. Only powerful young people or acrobats can get in or out of it being equipped with a single badly positioned ladder. It is surrounded more by smells of fish and garbage everywhere.
In our room the water came out of the toilet after the drain and the flow does not stop completely which at night is not pleasant; the sink did not flush at all and the air conditioner was not adjustable as well as very noisy. Having warned a lot of the staff, we had no improvement intervention .. if you consider that one pays a room to sleep there, certainly that is not the best solution.
Good restaurant and good Service and helpfulness of staff. Basically, there is a lack of management and maintenance.
