Great place!

Ideal for 1/2 as a couple. The lady who welcomed us was exquisite and the location is quite central (about a 5-minute walk).

Bad experience we newer lived before in Italy .

It was our first bad experience in Italy , country where the dogs can even travel free on the plains, we obligated to live this hotel because he owner is not dog friendly ( we were there with small westie , 8 kg )

Rispondiamo con assoluta fermezza a questa ennesima recensione-fotocopia che conferma unicamente un dato di fatto: la totale incapacità di assumersi la responsabilità delle proprie disattenzioni e la pretesa di voler prevaricare i regolamenti altrui.
Facciamo chiarezza una volta per tutte su quanto accaduto:
Le condizioni contrattuali si leggono PRIMA di prenotare: Una prenotazione online è a tutti gli effetti un contratto. Effettuando la prenotazione, il cliente dichiara implicitamente di aver letto e accettato le condizioni della struttura. Sulla nostra pagina è chiaramente e inequivocabilmente riportata la voce "Animali non ammessi".
Zero tolleranza per le furbizie. Per OtrantoCasa "Animali non ammessi" significa zero animali. Che si tratti di un cane da 40 kg o di un Westie di 8 kg, la regola non cambia. Non esistono deroghe "a peso" stabilite dal cliente a propria discrezione.
Affermare di viaggiare e prenotare da 10 anni e poi cadere sull'ABC delle prenotazioni dimostra due sole possibilità: o non si è in grado di leggere le condizioni d'acquisto prima di cliccare su "conferma", oppure si è tentato di fare i furbi introducendo l'animale di nascosto sperando che la proprietà non se ne accorgesse. In entrambi i casi, il problema è esclusivamente vostro.
Tirare in ballo le compagnie aeree o il "sistema Italia" per giustificare la propria scorrettezza è ridicolo. Ogni struttura privata ha il sacrosanto diritto di decidere le proprie politiche di accoglienza per garantire igiene, tutela degli arredi e rispetto per i clienti allergici.
Se per voi rispettare i patti contrattuali e le regole della casa altrui rappresenta una "brutta esperienza", vi suggeriamo per il futuro di imparare a leggere la sezione "Condizioni" prima di prenotare, anziché colpevolizzare gli altri per le colpe che sono solo vostre

Relaxing stay Promoted!

The property is located in a quiet area 5 minutes from the historic center and the bus stop of Otranto port. The extra value is given by the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Odetta , room 140 with private patio with umbrella, spacious room ditto bathroom with all amenities (even small kitchenette). Definitely recommended x visit Otranto and its sea. Congratulations

Great property within walking distance of the center.

With my wife we stayed 3 nights at the property, we were very happy, clean and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, fridge, TV. Ms. Odetta is very kind and helpful, as well as providing information on places to visit gave us great advice on restaurants for dinner even booking the table for dinner. The property is a 5-minute walk from the historic center. Parking at about 200 meters with daily rate of 3 euros.

A short but very pleasant stay

The basic studio of Otranto house is a space suitable for couples, well furnished and very functional. Inside it has a kitchenette, walk-in closet, double bed and table. The bathroom is spacious. The cleanliness is impeccable and Odetta is an added value for its professionalism and willingness to provide clarifications, suggestions and what can serve. The room is very close to the historic center, where you can walk through the picturesque alleys, visit the Aragonese castle and taste the typical products of the place. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.
