Help with heat

The best hotel so far where we stayed. We had booked a campsite with our camper, too hot, so just called and come with your camper no problem. Every day the room was cleaned and decorated as you just arrived, fresh sheets, clean towels, graco etc.
The breakfast, nothing too short, even too much, constantly replenished. super tasty bread.
Nothing is too much for the staff to please you.

It needs to be improved!!!!

I visited the hotel for a weekend on the lake...the location is very nice, but I noticed some things that unfortunately brought my rating down...the pool has edges where people sit that are very, very dirty....it's been quite a while since they cleaned here...then there's a lifeguard who spends a lot of time on his cell phone instead of enforcing some rules...shouting with cannonball dives, in a place like this, surrounded by greenery and peace, definitely not...for that there are water parks, not to mention customers who jump into the pool fully clothed or in underwear instead of a swimsuit....I really didn't like that at all!
To top it off, at the bar, the staff acts a bit sneaky...they mess up the bill, they mess up the change...but are they like that or are they just acting like it????
Too bad, I would have liked to write a more positive review!

FAMILY WEEKENDS

We organized a reunion between cousins residing in various Italian locations. There were 12 of us and we reserved 6 double rooms. We couldn't have made a better choice. Very nice and cozy hotel in an optimal location to walk to Lake Garda. Well-kept and clean rooms, swimming pools surrounded by a large park, quiet and well-kept. Indoor or outdoor restaurant and excellent cuisine. We could play table football and table tennis in the relaxation room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!!!! An oasis of peace in the green

The structure is not very recent but really nice and well cared for. Built in the green, in the middle of olive trees and with swimming pools, soccer, volleyball and many beautiful sunbeds, which unfortunately we could not exploit being November. Our room, like I think all, was placed in a beautiful cloister and really spacious. Good breakfast, which I would say nothing. Great availability of the managers who allowed us to bring forward breakfast by half an hour and delay check out, since I had a half marathon in the village.

Positive experience

2 nights with a group of golfing friends at this property a few minutes walk from the lake. Great hotel, at this time of year the restaurant was still closed. It 'was a great base to visit the fields in the area. Friendly helpful staff. Cost appropriate to the value of services.
