Very nice place for a stay in Padua. Comfortable, great location, and helpful polite staff. Good breakfast. Very convenient parking - leave the car with them and they bring it to you when you leave. All in all a nice experience.

Location so amazing and the staff were lovely! Spa available to book for personal use as a group. Walkable to all amenities and attractions.

Awful

Extremely painful stay.
Positive point: friendly staff. Central location.
For the rest, a big disappointment given the advertised standard.
Poorly maintained room: broken electrical outlet, holes in the wall, dirty and damaged air conditioner. Dark and unwelcoming spa, showers so scaled up that the water didn't flow properly. Repetitive and very limited breakfast: advertised until 10 a.m. and at 9 a.m. there wasn't much left, with no restocking.
And the parking, a real rip-off. My car spent 3 days outside and was returned to me covered in bird droppings and scratched.

Superb boutique hotel in a fantastic location right in the centre of the historical part.
Spa was fantastic, room was spacious with amazing AC. Amenities were spot on including a full minibar stocked up every day for free.
Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Great and Helpful Staff, Location great - room not so much

We stayed at Le Camp on our first night in Italy after Uniworld cruise. Compass Travel Agency booked the hotel but I picked it based on a previous 2020 trip which was Covid cancelled. We were driving from Venice to Padua and prior to arrival had to have our license plate registered for driving in the historical part of Padua. Alamo, Venice, called the hotel and arranged this for us. This is in heart of Padua less than a block from Arena. Parking at hotel is dropoff only and they were kind enough to take the car and park it approximately 10 minutes away and had it ready for our departure the next day. We had a tour planned at 3:00PM. The helped confirm it but what happened is another story. The staff were very very good with suggestion where to eat. The breakfast was great and plenty to eat.
The room was another story. We were on the first floor (Europe 1) and had standard room. Your key was needed to access the hallway to the rooms and for the room. We walked in the room and it had a sitting area with coffee machine, tv and couple of chairs, the bathroom was in the hallway on the left and on the right was a luggage/clothes storage area. The bed area had a couple of chairs, tv and low bed. Unfortunately, it was warm and hotels in Italy may not turn on AC until May. The fan didn't work on AC unit, we couldn't find windows to open and the bed was uncomfortable. The TV didn't work, we just wanted to see a little news before we slept. The bathroom was crazy. You could sit on the toliet and get a shower. It had a movable glass wall for shower but rather small and awkward. The sink didn't have a stopper in it which would have been nice. No wash clothes, standard of Italy, bring either a poof or cloth. Bottom line the room sucked. Location and staff great.
