We were told that the basic spa facilities are paid without it being clearly stated on the booking page, quite disappointing as the room rates were not cheap.
There were ants in the Delux room so we couldn’t bring anything in without having an infestation in 5mins max.
And to top it off, their €15 p/p breakfast is served on the top flor of the hotel, there’s barely any space and the food is cold and dry.
Very disappointing and I would avoid if I were you.

staff most excellent and helpful
rooms comfortable and with superb air conditioning - v efficient
food in restaurant/bar modern and healthy sushi pasta etc
near to Opera House/Square easy access to public transport to centre of Palermo
