We took a room with bathroom, everything was very clean and tidy, the room was very spacious and spotless, beautiful view of the harbor. The friendly and very kind manager, also gave us some tips to visit the center.

Not bad, shame about the breakfast…
The B&B is located near the port, therefore very convenient for those who are about to take the ferry to return home. Parking is possible along the road or in side streets. It is in a new building, it is located on the 6th floor and can be reached by a modern lift. The environment is clean and well-kept, it has an enchanting balcony overlooking the port which is very suggestive at sunset and dawn. It has a common living room and kitchen, the bedroom is very small so much so that it is difficult, if you live with other guests, to open or store suitcases. The bed is a sofa bed, however comfortable. Separate Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Booked with Booking with breakfast service: unfortunately for breakfast the managers provide packaged foods (snacks, rusks), milk, juices, a bag of biscuits and a pack of bread carré already opened by those who preceded us, obviously not touched since we don't know who touched them before me. There is also a kettle and coffee machine with capsules. I would like to point out, at least in our case, the apprehensiveness and strong "pressing" of the managers (which was however made known upon our arrival) which can be unpleasant: we were called 6/7 times, one of which the previous week to check the time of our I arrive. Being on holiday and paying customers, we don't want to have any kind of constraints. Check in according to Booking is from 2pm to 8pm, we were arriving from a journey of almost 200km and we had told the managers several times that we would call them 30 minutes before our arrival, which however took place at the property at 6pm sharp. Apart from these small inconveniences, I recommend the happy landing especially for its location and cleanliness.

It wasn't what one expects
Good location with a view of the port, the problem is that the room is not a double room but a single room with a bed made from a sofa against the wall so whoever slept on that side had to climb over if they wanted to get up early. So tiny that we bumped into it when moving. Then the bathroom was outside without the possibility of closing so anyone could use it. The shower whose stall door had broken had been replaced with a curtain. Very sad although clean, we left the same evening

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con la mia compagna per un weekend a Palermo. Posiziona ottima e comoda per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni principali a piedi. Molto vicino anche a lungo mare.

Pulizia e accoglienza il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura. Camere ben arredate e con tutti i confort, appartamento nuovo e pulito. Colazione completa con cucina a disposizione dei clienti. Consigliatissimo.
