giornata indimenticabile

abbiamo soggiornato nella suite con vasca idromassaggio e sauna , camera fantastica in tutti i suoi dettagli, colazione a buffet fantastica e ricchissima , prosecco di benvenuto omaggio titolare sempre reperibile

This hotel overbooks rooms. We booked months ago, and on the day of arrival just before check-in, our booking was canceled.

Alle 15 del 31-12 arriviamo in struttura, trovando il WC inutilizzabile. Chiamiamo l’assistenza remota e il signor M. ci indica solo due opzioni possibili: rinunciare alla prenotazione o aspettare un loro intervento alle ore 19. Scegliamo la prima opzione e il signor M. replica in modo aggressivo che siamo stati noi a rompere la tavoletta del WC. Dopo il diverbio facciamo una nuova prenotazione in un altro posto e alle 15:30, mentre stiamo lasciando la struttura, il sig. M. arriva trafelato. Parla ora civilmente e prova a riparare il guasto. Un’ora più tardi, dalla nuova sistemazione, cancelliamo la precedente prenotazione chiedendo un rimborso. Il proprietario però ritratta e lo rifiuta, costringendoci a un’azione legale.
On December 31st, at 3 pm, we arrive at the facility, finding the toilet unusable. We call the remote assistance, and Mr. M. offers us only two possible options: forgo the reservation or wait for their intervention at 7 p.m. We choose the first option and Mr. M. aggressively replies that we were the ones who broke the toilet seat. After the dispute we make a new reservation in another place and at 3:30 pm, while we are leaving the property, Mr. M. arrives in a hurry. He speaks civilly now and works trying to fix the fault. After one hour, from the new accommodation, we cancel the previous reservation asking for a refund. However, the owner retracts and refuses it, forcing us to take legal action.
