A Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Historic Palermo

Palazzo Balsamo is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo's historic center. Surrounded by the city's vibrant energy, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet retreat.
The staff was exceptionally kind and generous with recommendations, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was served in a serene dining room, featuring a delicious selection of Sicilian and international breakfast dishes. We found it helpful to ask for a quick explanation upon arrival about which breakfast items were included in the buffet, as that made everything much clearer.
The evening bar is also well worth a visit, offering a relaxing place to end the day.
Our room was spacious by historic-center standards. During our stay, Palermo was experiencing a heatwave, and the air conditioning performed perfectly. The hotel also has an elevator, making it easy to access the upper floors. including our floor two. (Floor one is not open for business yet.)
Palazzo Balsamo combines historic charm with modern comfort, and we would gladly stay there again. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a stylish and welcoming base from which to explore Palermo.

Our room was beautiful. The staff were very attentive. The food was great. And, it was in easy walking distance of the historical part of the city!

A visit not to be missed

A hotel that I highly recommend. You can find the owner's touch, as an architect, in the details and in the search for pieces of furniture. The staff is kind and very well-trained. The breakfast deserves a special note. I won't reveal anything so as not to spoil the surprise. A high-class hotel (a rare thing in Palermo)

The staff were kind, professional and helpful. The food was amazing! I had never had an egg selection offered for my breakfast!
