Wonderful ⚘️❤️

Check - In, at 2 pm on the third floor opening remotely from (on the phone I had in real time all the information on every little thing ) , fairytale entrance , corridor then the Resuttana room, opening with the electronic card and wow .. what about a lovely place, fabulous ♥️ relaxing, comfortable, warm you feel like home . Kitchen equipped .Bathroom gorgeous large and spotless there is also the window. The view from the balcony is spectacular. What about nothing is missing for a stay of 1 or more day. Detailed photos .I wholeheartedly recommend ❤️

Inizierei con il dire NO COMMENT, ma in realtà ce' eccome da commentare. Purtroppo (o per fortuna) non ho nemmeno potuto alloggiare in questa struttura nonostante avessi già pagato il mio soggiorno perché chi gestisce le prenotazioni mi aveva sotto mia richiesta garantito che avrei potuto fare il check in anticipato visto che sarei stata lì intorno alle 9...dove vi erano 45° e con una bimba di 11 anni,invece così non è stato perché il signore raggiunto telefonicamente da me...probabilmente assonnato e scocciato da tale telefonata mi ha detto che la mia camera era stata data via la sera prima e che per il check in avrei dovuto aspettare le 14....,nemmeno i bagagli potevo lasciare perché lo stesso "signore" mi ha chiaramente detto che non era garantita la sorveglianza degli stessi bagagli...insomma per intenderci "se poi non le trova signora non è colpa mia"queste sono state le sue parole. Quindi direi che c'è poco altro da aggiungere se non che la mancata serietà e professionalità di questa gente,mi ha fatto decidere di disdire la prenotazione in seduta stante(perdendo la metà del compenso) e dirottarmi su una struttura a Mondello conosciuta 5 anni prima che ha saputo risolvere ogni mio inconveniente causato da "tale signore". GRAZIE AI SIGNORI DEL BAGLIO MONDELLO,veri e propri professionisti!

Zona servita bene

Abbiamo pernottato per 4 notti presso questa struttura. Il sig. Piero si è reso disponibile fin da subito alle nostre esigenze. La pulizia della camera non è il massimo,è da migliorare di gran lunga ma il resto va bene. Zona centrale e servita bene per tutti i tipi di spostamenti. Vicino ci sono bar,pub,ristoranti,fermate autobus,negozi di vario genere. Consigliato.
