Tourists in their own home

Very nice and refined B&B. Excellent services, spacious and well-maintained room with a great mix of vintage and modern furnishings. Linens with the establishment's logo, large bathroom with a beautiful LED-lit shower. Comfortable beds and well-cleaned room. Great view of Piazza Marina, restaurants just a throw away from the establishment. I highly recommend it. We felt like tourists in our own home. Everything was fine, although I would make the breakfast service more varied. I will definitely return. Thank you.

Disappointing

We were very disappointed with our stay at this B&B, especially since it was our first time visiting Sicily. To reach the room, we had to climb up to the third floor using extremely narrow and heavy stairs, which felt unsafe and difficult without any assistance or an elevator.
The room itself was far below expectations:
The air conditioning did not work properly.
Towels were ripped.
The bed was not the one we booked, and it was broken on one side.
Cleanliness was poor — the cleaner did not empty the trash or properly clean the bathroom.
Breakfast was another big letdown. Portions were minimal; we received barely half a glass of juice. There were only three options on the menu, and if one item was missing, we were told to share whatever was available.
Overall, the quality and service were very disappointing, and this is not what we expected when booking our stay.

We loved our room and check-in was relatively simple. We would have preferred someone onsite to greet us and provide information in person, but we managed. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time, that the room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator available. Trying to get our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy! But once we got up to our room, we found it quite nice and comfortable.
