Excellent Stay at Ponticello Apartments

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and in a lovely quiet area. It is also very close to Via Maqueda and you can walk to almost all of the places of interest. Cristina is lovely and welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend this apartment. There are great restaurants nearby and a gelato shop right outside the apartment!

A highly recommendable place to stay in Palermo
Central but at the same time quiet in the evening
We had the room with the separate kitchen and the three balconies that allowed us to have breakfast in the sun
Excellent restoration, all spotless and working from contacts with Cristina and the precious Salem that are always kind and extremely available

Pleasant and conveniently located apartment

This is a pleasant and spacious apartment. It is centrally located, it is spacious and equipped with many comforts. Even the kitchen equipment is decent. It takes some getting used to but if you get it, the access code also works properly. It is nice that the owner is easily approachable, also on the spot.

Brand new apartment in the heart of Palermo. Attention to detail and spotless.
Convenient to visit the entire historic center.
Cristina and Nino, the owners, and the help Salam, are very attentive, helpful and kind.

Great apartments in a great location.

As we extended our stay in Palermo a number of times we had the opportunity to try three of the Ponticello apartments. There are about 7 apartments in the small complex. Before we arrived, the communication from Cristina was top rate. We arrived late at night but we had no problem accessing the apartment. The apartment was modern, bright and really clean with all the facilities needed for our stay. We had a comfortable sitting room, separate kitchen and a very nice bedroom. The shower was excellent and the towels really soft and new. Although the apartments are only a few metres from the busy Maqueda street, they were really quiet. The location could not be better as you are only a short distance from any attraction in the historical district. Cristina gave us recommendations for morning coffee, breakfast and dinner along with where we might go for day trips. The location is less than 10 minutes walk to the bus and train station and is safe. We would like to compliment Cristina and indeed Salam who were really helpful and made our trip all the more enjoyable. Palermo is a really interesting city to explore and if travelling there again, we would not hesitate to stay in the Ponticello apartments.
