The emotion in contact with nature

Immersed in the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by a prairie where American bovids roam placidly, this property really has everything to enjoy relaxation and good food in a bucolic context of yesteryear. We enjoyed everything. Rooms, Welcoming and Cuisine preferring the Florentine Bison. The estate is also close to other places of interest such as Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno, about 30 kilometers from Perugia.
I believe that those who invested in this business had a lot of courage, a courage that I hope and believe will be repaid. Best wishes for the future and may it be goodbye.

Wonderful!

A wonderful place! in the middle of the green of our beautiful Umbria is this well-kept and spotless farm greeted by friendliness and incredible delicacy! The head of the room / facility is a lady very prepared in describing the delicacies all based on bison meat, animals bred by Maximilian, the owner who with love and respect, follows them 7/7 days h24 to ensure their health and life in this wonderful valley. The tour among these imposing creatures, in which Maximilian is the cicero, brings you closer to a world that, at least for me, was completely unthinkable and from which I came out pleasantly fascinated and happy! Tip: avoid unnecessary criticism of unknown realities and let yourself be carried away on an adventure both culinary and lived that brings a bit 'of the flavor of history and contact with the animal world, wild and truly majestic. Thanks to the whole team for giving me one of the most magical weekends out of the ordinary in recent years.❤️
