La posizione è meravigliosa: il fondale a punta Bue Marino è bellissimo. Al mattino dal balcone potevo vedere l'alba e alla sera il tramonto: impagabili.
Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile.

Terrible, not recommended

We had booked this property because there was no availability for Speciality Lodging. The structure is old in need of renovation, uncomfortable beds and pillows that looked thin (they brought two more after requesting them), the television did not work, the bathroom had a broken shower tray; the room smelled of smoke (apparently previous guests had smoked). The room was dirty with dirty sheets (if you can call them that). Behind the structure is a ghostly iron shed. The pool is not like the photos, it is small and even this is to be fixed. tremendous experience never to be repeated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Consider other options while spending a little more if you can.

Dirty stairs, non-existent customer service breakfast non-existent, parking in the dark and a restaurant underneath very noisy, very dilapidated outside but there is a nice sea view

Dilapidated

The only positive note is the location of the hotel and the breathtaking view of the beautiful Bue Marino coast. The rest is really approximate and dilapidated. The quality/price ratio is very low. Rubbish hotel.

Struttura okay - livello dei servizi non adeguato al prezzo

Abbiamo chiamato direttamente la struttura per prenotare e ci è stato proposto un prezzo superiore rispetto a quello disponibile su Booking.com con lo sconto Genius, con in più un supplemento di 90 euro per “spese” da pagare in contanti. Abbiamo quindi provato a prenotare tramite Booking, ma la prenotazione è stata rifiutata, specificando che i 90 euro sarebbero stati comunque da pagare anche prenotando attraverso la piattaforma. Una gestione dei prezzi che abbiamo trovato poco trasparente.
L’accoglienza iniziale del personale è stata comunque buona e l’appartamento è carino, oltre ad avere il grande vantaggio di trovarsi molto vicino al mare.
Purtroppo, però, il livello del servizio durante il soggiorno è stato decisamente deludente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo comunque piuttosto elevato della struttura. Per una settimana non è previsto alcun cambio di lenzuola o asciugamani e questo non ci era stato comunicato in anticipo, né ci era stato detto di portarli da casa. La struttura inoltre non mette a disposizione neppure servizi molto basilari, come un ferro da stiro condiviso.
Un altro problema importante è stata la difficoltà nel contattare il personale durante il weekend. Siamo arrivati venerdì pomeriggio e avremmo voluto prenotare una gita per il lunedì, ma non rispondendo nessuno al telefono nel fine settimana è stato praticamente impossibile organizzarsi.
Infine, durante la notte è mancata l’elettricità, lasciandoci senza aria condizionata e con il frigorifero spento. La cosa più spiacevole è stata soprattutto la totale mancanza di assistenza o attenzione da parte della struttura nella gestione del problema.
Peccato, perché la posizione e l’appartamento avrebbero un buon potenziale, ma per la nostra esperienza il servizio e l’organizzazione sono stati decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo elevato pagato. A queste cifre ci si aspetterebbe un livello di assistenza e di servizi ben diverso.
