Excellent, in its type
I do not usually sleep in apartments or B&Bs, but only in hotels. But in this case, the combination of low availability due to two concurrent Fairs in Parma, the excellent central potion and the low price, made me lean towards this accommodation.
We stayed in the "Black" room, and everything was well beyond our expectations: renovated structure, immaculate cleanliness in every aspect, quiet room, comfortable bed, cleverly designed spaces both in the bedroom and in the bathroom despite the small size, smooth self-check-in procedure.
The Nespresso machine available with biscuits in the common room does not make you regret the lack of a real breakfast. The lack of a bidet (partly made up for with the dedicated shower) is understandable in confined spaces. You should fix (with a magnet?) the doors of the shower enclosure, otherwise the water escapes. You should also padded the frame at the foot of the bed, which protrudes beyond the mattress and can become a trip for your shins...
But I do not feel like penalizing the vote of such a nice structure for these minutiae.
Ultimately, we would stay again.
