Economical and decent solution

An excellent solution for an overnight stay of only one night. Unexplained previous negative reviews. A structure certainly âgée, spartan. The price is cheap, so many claims must be set aside. We arrived three hours in advance of the check-in scheduled by the hotel management and the room was ready. Clean sheets. Bathroom ok, certainly the shower head is to be changed. It is excessively small. Everything else is fine. We were offered a coffee at check-out and some snacks. But breakfast is not included in the price, so instead of criticizing, it would be better to be grateful. Better to book from the hotel website, rather than the most famous providers.

Bad reception

The girl who welcomes us is very drastic in the way that it almost bothers her to have to welcome us.
Whatever you tell a customer, there is a way and a way. And we, living in hotels at least a hundred days a year for work, can say that this reception is really rude.
After all, the many signs that welcome you yes from the parking lot and inside the lobby, are a constant reminder of what you can not do and how you have to behave (even a “clean your shoes before climbing the stairs” really ridiculous).
Not cozy.
And that's all for a hotel.

Shabby

From the outside it doesn't even look bad, but the structure is sad, the rooms cramped and squalid, the shower with the curtain that sticks to you, the breakfast with snacks from the coop.
Truly a sad place, absolutely not worth the 80 euros spent for a single room

This hotel is about 2.5 km outside Parma centre. There is no restaurant or bar and limited facilities close by.

The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful.
Unfortunately the floor of the bathroom was very slippery when the shower had been used and the interior decor was quite dated.
