Kindness and hospitality

Newly renovated rooms, clean and well-maintained pool, breakfast with homemade cakes, not far from Perugia.
The owner is super kind; for our children's birthday, he prepared a chocolate cake for breakfast. Numerous simple gestures that showed us the love for their work and the sense of hospitality.
Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay, spacious and spotless room, comfortable bed, breakfast with desserts prepared by the owner, very kind lady and available to solve any need. We will definitely return

Place to recommend

Nice place to stay to visit Umbria. Rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we came at a time when we could not enjoy the exterior also cared for. The only reason I don't do my best is the breakfast that's not too assorted for me. Anyway kind and welcoming owners. To be recommended

Gentile ospite, grazie per il tempo che ci ha dedicato e per aver apprezzato la cura che mettiamo nelle nostre stanze. La nostra colazione punta molto sulla qualità e sulla preparazione casalinga dei dolci, ma capiamo che per alcuni palati un assortimento più vasto faccia la differenza. Ne faremo tesoro per arricchire il buffet! Speriamo davvero che torniate a trovarci nella bella stagione per godere appieno dei nostri spazi aperti. La nostra piscina circondata dal verde è il posto perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Con il caldo, inoltre, è possibile fare colazione all'aperto: iniziare la giornata con i nostri dolci fatti in casa, circondati dal silenzio della natura, ha tutto un altro sapore. Vi aspettiamo nuovamente. Grazie ancora.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed 5 nights in this farm at the gates of the city of Perugia. The location is in the open countryside and convenient to visit a little 'all of Umbria. We really enjoyed it, we spent quiet days between visits to nearby villages such as Gubbio and Assisi and half days relaxing by the pool.
The owners both very kind welcomed us warmly and gave us useful information to make the most of the time of our holiday. I highly recommend it. If possible we will be back! Thank you.
