Training Camp

I was in Perugia about 3 weeks. The hotel is excellent, clean, tidy and very quiet. The staff is very nice, they can speak English as well. Very quiet despite of near the train station. Highly recommended.

Clean, efficient, friendly

I stayed at City Residence for a few weeks and had a very positive experience. I booked the one bedroom which felt like an apartment. It was very spacious, bright, well-designed, and had everything I could ask for in an extended hotel at a budget rate. My room was impeccably and meticulously cleaned every week by the excellent cleaning staff. The gem of this establishment is the customer service offered by Anna and Luca who were amazing and ever so helpful with everything a foreigner would need help with in Italy (public transportation, cell phone issues, where to eat/shop, etc). The only issue I had was the distance from downtown Perugia (25-30 minutes by bus) but if you are doing business/classes at the hospital, this is the perfect location for you.

Excellent

City residence is a newly built complex with ample parking both over and underground. Apartments are spacious with balconies and very clean. Staff are very polite and always willing to help. Ideal for exploring Perugia,s Assisi and countryside if travelling by car. Right beside train station but check connections as they have some sort of weird one way system.

Ho soggiornato X tre notti in un bilocale confortevole , con camera matrimoniale + soggiorno ampio con zona cucina provvista di angolo cottura , attrezzata con stoviglie Etc. tavolo e sedie , divano , tv, bagno e antibagno con tutti i servizi sanitari- tutto ben attrezzato -e pulito .. biancheria nuova Etc., ben riscaldato , silenzioso .. .disponibile ampio parcheggio anche coperto gratis. check-in e check out facile .
