Very good

We often go to eat in the restaurant of this hotel and I must say that it always satisfies our palates.
The menu consists of both fish and land and we got to try both.
The fish is delicious, fresh and hearty dishes. The meat ditto, fresh tender and abundant.
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
A great place to spend a quiet lunch or dinner.

Enough.

Quietly located hotel where we stayed one night during an organized trip. Clean rooms, furniture and bathroom quite dated. The TV in the room did not work as well as the hairdryer in the bathroom, a sign of poor control. Good breakfast and average lunch. Courteous staff.

Simple but great...

Excellent hotel to stay a few days in Perugia, clean rooms and very kind staff. Perfect breakfast, with a wide choice on the buffet. We also recommend trying the excellent restaurant. Thank you, see you soon!!!

Total disappointment

Residence outside Perugia, very dated with various inefficiencies, a little dilapidated, poor breakfast and dated, non-existent staff, no Wi-Fi in the rooms, TV monitor, still bathtubs, no shower, I don't recommend it, the only positive thing is a large car park

Good hotel

Good base for us as we stopped at Perugia en route to Amalfi. Yes the hotel is a long way out of Perugia downtown but if you have a car then drive to the Mini-Metro terminus (5 minutes) and catch the metro which takes you right into the centre of Perugia for 2 Euro and runs every few minutes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, if a bit noisy due to the school age kids still about. Staff VERY helpful and altogether a good experience.
