NICE AND CONVENIENT HOTEL.

Very good hotel. Close to the historic center of the city. Comfortable stay, clean hotel, good breakfast. Beautiful rooms with classic frescoes above the beds.

Location is great

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Close to the escalators that go to the main town. Front desk staff were helpful prompt checking us in and out. Rooms are modern and bright. Also a good size. Bathrooms well appointed. housekeeping got the room clean in a timely manner.
Breakfast was disappointing. We stayed 3 nights and by day 3 there was no cut fresh fruit on the buffet and hardly any bakery options. Seemed to be more sweet things & hot food was basic.
The bathroom sink was blocked throughout our stay. The TV didn’t have English channels in one room (was resolved) and the parking €20 a day was tight and not really available.

Week in Umbria

Location, room, and restaurant of an excellent standard.
In the center of Perugia, a few steps from the Rocca Paolina; by the way, the city is also splendid.

The hotel is overall good, some staff was not very on top of things, keep asking the same questions, assigning wrong rooms. The breakfast was just OK. Restaurant food was not very good. Overall the rooms are clean, well equipped and maintained, air condition is very good during summer, rooms are a little small. The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the bus stop and elevators.

Excellent location, great staff & comfortable rooms

We stayed here for 6 nights during the 2026 Jazz festival. The hotel is is great condition, the rooms clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great selection. The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus station and near the escalators that take you into the main town center.
