An oasis of tranquility
The place is ideal for those like us who love to alternate between the sea and the pool, walks and visits to the villages.
What we love about the residence is its perfect location: it is immersed in hilly nature and far from traffic; you can only hear the singing of birds and cicadas. There is a breathtaking view of the hills, and the stone and brick structure has a simple and authentic beauty. We stayed again in the annex equipped with a kitchen, which has the advantage of providing more privacy, even though there are few guests and there is always a lot of peace.
The pool and hot tub are very pleasant for cooling off and are a great alternative to the public beach, which is still reachable by car. Our son loved playing bocce. There is also a ping pong table.
Tommaso and Paola deserve a special mention as fantastic hosts, always kind, smiling, and ready to suggest local "gems" regarding places to visit and restaurants to dine in.
We will definitely return!

Warm hospitality, beautiful views and a place to return to
From the moment we arrived, it was simply: wow, what a view! And just as wonderful was the warm welcome from Tommaso. Before we had even properly settled in, we were already enjoying an aperitivo with a delicious wine from the estate, while the kids were treated to an ice cream. It immediately made us feel so welcome.
We stayed in the beautiful and spacious Proprietari Apartment and absolutely loved the space (great kitchen!), the beautiful terrace with its stunning view, and of course the lovely swimming pool.
What made our stay even more special was the hospitality of Tommaso and Paola. Tommaso shared so many wonderful tips with us throughout the week, lovely places to eat, great ideas for day trips and special local addresses we probably would never have found ourselves.
Tommaso is also the kind of host you hope to find on holiday: warm, helpful and always there when you need him, while at the same time giving you all the space and privacy to simply enjoy your stay. We felt completely at ease.
We felt incredibly welcome and at home here. A beautiful place, such warm and lovely hosts, and a region with so much still left to discover.
Luckily, far too much for just one week… so there is only one solution: we have to come back!

Rest in a garden (pool and jacuzzi) with stunning views of Novilara and its surrounding nature.
Tommaso prepares you once the day falls delicious aperitifs!
Don’t forget to taste its own production of excellent wines!
And if the sky clears, maybe will take you to the stars!
