Family vacation.

A big family, there is no denying it. Generously sized room, clean and tidy, with everything you need. Excellent side sea view.
Extremely kind staff, available 24/7.
Excellent cuisine, with special mention to Achille, Elena, and Sandrina, who are phenomenal.
A very proactive young chef.
In general, there are a few minor issues that are completely negligible.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hotel Maya Pescara – Review
The location is undoubtedly the strong point of the facility: directly on the sea, with the possibility of using bicycles for free. The room was clean and had a side view of the sea, although it partially overlooked a rather dilapidated building.
Unfortunately, for a hotel rated 4 stars, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
The breakfast was very disappointing: cold eggs left uncovered, cold cuts that were already sliced and slightly dried out, and pre-packaged toast to be heated. The presence of gluten-free products and decent coffee and cappuccino from the vending machines was positive. However, the quality of the juices was decidedly insufficient, particularly the so-called blood orange juice, which seemed like a simple flavored and colored drink.
Another unconvincing aspect is the parking of the facility, available for a fee at a cost of 12 euros per day, a price I found excessive considering it is the hotel’s parking.
During the stay, there were also works in the area, which made it difficult to reach the hotel by car.
Overall, the location is excellent and the cleanliness satisfactory, but the services offered, especially the breakfast, did not seem adequate to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Final rating: 2 stars out of 5

A bit disappointing.

Clean but outdated, needs modernization. Uncomfortable mattress. The breakfast is good, varied, and abundant. I’m sorry, but it is definitely not 4 stars.

Mediocre, average. But very well located on the beach.

Solid average. Reception area is okay, rooms are a bit worn but clean. Wi-Fi is very good, breakfast has room for improvement. The coffee is a scandal and the "fruit juice" is a drink diluted to the point of being unrecognizable. I can order syrup there. The 2-3 staff members in the breakfast area did not actively seek out the tasks at hand. It was unfortunate that the hotel's private beach was not open, and the bicycles available for rent are a joke. If they want to offer them in such a poor condition (brakes!!), they might as well not offer them at all. Nice location a bit outside the center; if you have a sea view, then you have a breathtaking view.
