Compleanno spettacolare.....
Siamo stati in questo B&B per festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito...siamo stati benissimo! Domenico ha assecondato, con tantissima pazienza, ogni mi richiesta. Da mezzanotte fino alle due abbiamo prenotato la vasca idromassaggio, STUPENDA!! Ci siamo goduti ogni cosa: l' atmosfera surreale, il tagliere di frutta, l'acqua calda che ci coccolava,e per finire il bellissimo campanile, che con quella sua luce calda e così intensa avvolgeva tutta la scena. Grazie per tutto Domenico!

The B&B of horrors
The B&B of horrors
I state that we took for a week the whole B & B with the apartment below.
B&B officially managed by his son, in reality everything is left to an elderly woman over eighty.
The rooms leave something to be desired.
There should be daily cleaning, but the servicewomen NEVER arrived in a week's stay.
This old woman “took care of” it, who did not do half of the cleaning, if not when she wanted, she made the bed.
On a week, 3 days she didn’t even make the bed, she only entered the rooms to TURN off the air and that’s it.
On the first day we requested a change of sheets and even after a week these sheets were changed! They left the dirty sheets.
There should also be a pool on the terrace upstairs, but always in a week, it was never possible to access it, they never even filled the tub, even opened the gate to go up...absurd!
In the apartment below the bathroom without even the light, the bulb has never been changed. So, all in the dark.
Moreover, for the apartment despite various requests, no more copies of keys were ever received, only one, so it was always a nightmare to be able to return.
I attach photos of toilet paper left on the door handle, because taking it to the bathroom, was too much for the old lady.
I also attach photos of bananas served at breakfast gone bad with foam.

Bathroom flooded with water rising from the toilet and shower, we requested the intervention of the lady who told us that she could not get in touch with the plumber leaving us without bathroom in the room!
We had to go down to the apartment to wash because it was the only working bathroom of the B & B, LIGHT FREE, on the seventh day of stay, not even a light bulb have changed!
Ensuite bathroom with nauseating drain smell!
The lady also complained that we left towels on the floor.
It was a CRAZY stay!
It was like being inside a HORROR!
In addition, the top floor of the building where the B & B is located is not served by the elevator, so stairs on stairs to pack your bags!
Ps. Bathroom door handle that remains in your hand because broken. You have to bring toilet paper from home and last but not least shower that didn't work.

Stay not to be repeated
The owner behaved very badly because after having paid for the two rooms by bank transfer in advance a month in advance, he made us pay a supplement of €60 for arriving after the check in time (time never communicated during the booking phase). ) despite having communicated in the morning that we would arrive a little later than the check in time.

great location and building
We have just returned from a four night stay at Terraze Caracciolo, after an initial confusion with being allocated the wrong room we soon settled into our room with a balcony and from then on Domenico was super helpful and friendly serving a lovely breakfast and always being on hand if we needed to message him. The property is perfectly positioned not far from the train station and a short stroll down to the seafront.

Ci ritorneremo!
La struttura si trova in pieno centro a pochi passi dalla fermata degli autobus e dalla stazione, a pochi passi da piazza salotto e quindi dal lungomare.
Struttura elegante. Non utilizzata la vasca idromassaggio chiusa per il mal tempo. La colazione a buffet è servita nella cucina comune. Molto cordiali ed educati i proprietari,
Quattro stelle e non cinque perchè non è prevista la pulizia delle camere durante il soggiorno. Non so se per il periodo pasquale oppure se è così.
Comunque ottima struttura. Consigliata!
