Great stay in

Great stay of three nights. Clean and nice room. If you want you can prepare a tea, herbal tea or coffee thanks to the kettle in the room, with cups, sugar and some infusions. However nearby there are several bars for breakfast. 10 minutes walk from the center of Peschiera, in a quiet area. Pet friendly. Managers very nice and helpful.
I have been there many times already and will return again.

Not told about breakfast availability at other site as at B&B very very basic Suggest a multi language information sheet in room to advise as our Italian not great and their English the same. Room very clean and quiet Roof terrace pleasant for evening drinks (BYO)

Pleasant Stay.

The B&B La Terrazza is about a 10 minutes walk from the historical center of Peschiera del Garda and has free car park in front of the building.
Rooms are clean and have a private batchroom, A/C, TV, a small fridge and a small terrace outside.
The breakfast is in the restaurant with the same name downtown (approx. 800 m from the B&B).
I guess that I would be glad to return here and if everything will be OK, I will rate this place as excellent next time.

Pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay in one apartment of la Terazza B&B. Clean bathroom
Good breakfast in the quite nearby restaurant. The owner was very kind and came quite rapidly to check is everything was working correctly (air conditioning).

Out of the way B&B

We had arrived in Peschiera del Garda via train on Monday the 24th. When we got off and out of the train station, it began to rain and started to get quite cold. Because of this, we jumped into a taxi and it costed around €10 due to the distance of travel. If you were to walk to the b&b with cases, it will take half an hour (maybe more) as there are many hills and the street names and maps are not clear. However, the taxi took us to the door and then we needed to phone the owners to say we had arrived. After a couple of minutes, the owner arrived and handed us the key & showed us around/to the room. He seemed friendly and could speak a bit of english and explained that breakfast was 'just down the road' and in the restaurant. Then, he left us to unpack (after taking one of our passports) and we walked through to the room. It was quite small, however it was clean and tidy, which is all you really need for a couple of nights. The room consisted of; one double bed, one single bed, a fridge, a wardrobe, a bathroom and air conditioning. There was also free wifi which was useful to look at bus and train timetables (as the maps were not clear where you needed to go.) After unpacking, we decided to walk into the town centre as it is supposedly easy to get to. Turns out, it was not. We spent easily over an hour going up and down roads, going back on ourselves, asking passers-by before eventually finding the route. If you know where you are going - you will be fine. However we struggled immensely which spoilt the first night as everything was delayed an hour or two. The walk from the B&B into town (when we got it correct) took 15 minutes. I would not recommend this is you have younger children or you are somebody that is unable to walk longer distances or up steep inclines. Aside from getting a bit confused about the route, the B&B was within walking distance. In the morning, we were told breakfast was served from 8 - 10am in La Terrazza restaurant which was meant to be an 'two minute walk' away. This was not entirely true, it was more like 10 minutes, as it was almost into the town centre. Apart from this, the breakfast was quite nice as it consisted of; croissants, bread
rolls, preserves, juice, ham/cheese and tea and coffee. We then decided to go to Caneva waterpark for the day (it didn't quite go to plan) however when we were back, the rooms were cleaned and towels were replaced. Overall, the B&B was an acceptable stay, nothing to complain about other than the awkwardness of the 10 minute walk for breakfast. It definitely is a nice place to stay.
