Good stay

We were guests a few months ago in the new part, clean and comfortable rooms.
Welcome of the owner and kindness in providing us with so much information.
Breakfast served in the adjacent bar, coffee and croissant....
Easy to find parking in the adjacent streets.
On foot you can reach the center, just 300/500 meters about ;

The room was nice. Had everything we needed. Language barrier aside, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Our passports were held overnight which was disconcerting, but normal I hear. My only complaint is the motion sensor light in the stairwell shut off mid staircase leaving us to use our cell phone lights to get up to our room.

Optimal

Mario the owner was very nice and welcoming. He was able to give us excellent suggestions for dinner. The room and bathroom were clean. Excellent breakfast included at the bar below. If we were to pass through Piazza Armerina again, we would definitely stop at the B&B Diana.
