ENCHANTING

An enchanting place in the heart of Umbria. Peace and tranquility. Stone farmhouses and a pool for exclusive use. The owners are delightful and helpful. Highly recommended.
We came with three other families of friends and had a divine time.
Town a few km away where you can find a bit of everything.

The best hospitality along the Way of Francis

From Florence to Assisi along the Way of Francis, we were a group of 8 cyclists on a bikepacking trip, and we can say without a doubt that this was the best accommodation we found throughout the journey.
Gianluca, the owner, along with his daughter, welcomed us with great friendliness, availability, and warmth, making us feel right at home. To make everything even more special, a fantastic BBQ dinner was prepared for us after a long day in the saddle.
Authentic hospitality, a family atmosphere, and great attention to guests. Thank you very much, we will definitely return!

Very, very good

We stayed unfortunately only for one night , but what a nice surprise.
The couple that manage the place is very friendly and helpful.
The place is very big, with everything you need.
The wifi is slow.
Remember the place is about 1km outside the center of the little village.

Guter Gastgeber = glückliche Gäste

Wir wandern auf der Via di Francesco und übernachten im Agriturismo Borgo di Cortolla in Pietralunga. Etwas ausserhalb des Ortes gelegen, ist der Agriturismo noch im «Winterschlaf».
Unser Gastgeber Gianluca erscheint aber subito, begrüsst uns äusserst freundlich und fährt anschliessend gleich nochmal ins Dorf, um uns erschöpften Wanderern ein kühles Bier zu holen. Er fährt uns auch zum Abendessen und wieder zurück. Diese grossartige Gastfreundschaft macht es schon wert, hier zu bleiben – eine Nacht oder auch länger. Wir sagen: Mille grazie e a dopo!

Casale molto bello ed accogliente, il proprietario, Gianluca, è una persona garbata e molto disponibile. Spero di tornare presto nel suo agriturismo dove abbiamo trascorso un fantastico weekend. Grazie
