Best Hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with super service and the best location. So incredibly beautiful there. Only minus were the drinks at the bar, they can be improved. Room was nice, clean with sea view.

It doesn't get better than this...

Found by chance while searching online to celebrate a special occasion, it confirmed and exceeded expectations! Enchanting place and very kind dining room staff. Pampered all evening, from the aperitif to dinner, thanks to the friendliness, professionalism, and fantastic welcome of the waiters: they were the real added value of the evening! Magical atmosphere, at times surreal, created by the lapping of the lake waves and the picturesque colors of the twilight sky. Pleasant background music, never intrusive... exquisite and sophisticated dishes, with attention and care for details. Highly recommended, even if next time dinner should be eaten on the outdoor walkway. A real gem on Lake Iseo♥️

Dishonest and unprepared

I booked a table at the restaurant for 4 and 2 spots at the pool for Saturday evening and they confirmed availability, but the next morning I called to give the time and they told me there was no room at the pool, only at the restaurant.
The person who answered the phone was rude and the only thing they could tell me was that you have to ask the pool for the reservation; it is absurd that there was such a significant service failure in a facility like this.
Whoever answers the phone must be prepared and not give wrong information, making for a day to forget.
