Fortunately, they no longer offer full board.
We returned to this hotel after eight years, remembering the cleanliness, kindness, comfort, and excellent cuisine. We found everything again and - as I wrote in the title - thank goodness they no longer offer full board because we probably wouldn't have fit through the doors anymore. The breakfast buffet is very rich, as is the appetizer/side dish buffet at dinner, which complements excellent and abundant dishes. The owners and all the staff are kind and helpful (the dining room staff are young but very well-trained), the cleanliness is impeccable, and the rooms have everything necessary. If I really have to find a flaw, the shower stall is a bit narrow. The beach is well-organized, kept very well, and with well-spaced umbrellas. Highly recommended!

apart from the inappropriate request for check-out and consequent payment of the balance before even taking possession of the room (!) for alleged organizational reasons, the manager has lacked transparency by failing to communicate that the next day the structure would close for the end of the summer season and this has made it impossible to use the luggage storage but above all that of using the Beach Service (nominally included in the price); result: luggage left in the car (for which it was also not possible to use the parking lot on the day of departure) and rental of equipment at another bathing establishment with an additional charge of 27 €.
Last but not least dirty rooms and mediocre breakfast.

pleasant experience to repeat definitely
Pleasant experience since the Welcoming in reception where we could see the availability, friendliness and kindness of all the staff with whom we had to deal (Mrs. Mila top). Central location with possibility to park under the hotel at 7 euros per day. Well-kept structure, spotless and pleasantly fragrant wherever you acceda.Compreso with the room there is the possibility of accessing the Lido la Pineta with the free use of umbrella, deckchairs and sunbed.Spiaggia infinite and walking towards the tower of cerrano you can observe a surveillance and protection of sea turtle nests. Crystal clear sea. Our room (n.47) with balcony was small but fragrant, clean and functional. TV, air conditioning and refrigerator (nn noisy) well funzionanti.Dotata also hanging cloths and mollette.Lateralmente you can see the pine forest and mare.Colazione very rich and good choice between sweets and savory foods. Unfortunately you can only have dinner I say unfortunately because the food is very good but we just have lunch, we had dinner there only the night of our arrival because we had not had lunch and it was all very good. Being very sensitive to animal discourse, I also greatly appreciated the initiative of the hotel that donates 10 euros to the Pineto kennel for each Presentosa (a typical Abruzzo jewel) bought at the jeweler La casa del corallo taking advantage of a discount had thanks to the collaboration with the hotel.

Disappointed
Although the hotel was very functional... very friendly staff... very good breakfast ... it must be said unfortunately that the smell in the room was unpleasant from the first to the last day of the stay plus the sea view (required at the time of booking) was more a view train station (with noise during the night if you left the door open) and attached municipal car park....

A nice stay
All the staff are friendly in all parts! Reception, room service, restaurant ! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms clean and tidy. Shower clean and maids super precise. We were there for 5 nights and we have decided to return next year for vacation too. I recommend the place bc they deserve it
