Good hotel
We stopped for 1 day to break up the trip
Kind and helpful staff
Breakfast and dinner were also good.
Clean and well-maintained pool
The lifeguard was very kind to lend us the swim caps!
Possibility of bike rentals at reasonable prices.

Like at home!

Exhausted from a long return trip from Greece, we were welcomed by Silvia and Maria, who with their cordiality and helpfulness made us feel at home!
Spotless, spacious and quiet room, excellent dinner and a rich and very varied breakfast, dining room staff punctual, kind and very discreet!
We will definitely return and recommend staying at your hotel to relatives and friends!

A place our little Maltese loves.

Room clean, tidy, good air conditioning.
Satisfactory dining.
Private beach 5 minutes away on foot, very tidy and clean. Umbrellas spaced very far apart.
An added value is the opportunity to order lunch dishes that are delivered to the beach and eaten at set tables.
Finally, and decisive for our choice, dogs are welcome both in the dining room and at the beach.

Very good value for money

Liked · We were a group of 4, and our room was quite large and comfortable. The bathroom is also comfortable and shower area a good size. A kettle, hot and cold drinks provided in the room. Also there was a good choice in the buffet breakfast. Dining in the restaurant was available in the evening, and it was very reasonably priced. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Free parking available.
The hotel is located on the busy Statale Adriatica road, however it was very peaceful and quiet. Its location makes it ideal as many shops, restaurants and other amenities are close by. Also some nice places of interest nearby, such as medieval villages and nice beach promenades.
When we stayed in the hotel it was very cold unfortunately, but I can imagine it's lovely in summer, especially as the sea is very close by, right across the road.

Fantastico!!!!!!!

I am a professional musician, always travleing to Italy on Tour and for personal business. Hotel Parco Degli Ulivi is a wonderful place to stay with great staff, location and setting. Very clean comfortable and only one block from the Beach. Tutto Bene!!!! I will return here very soon for another enjoybable stay. Grazie Mille.......ciao!
