Noisy room and rude guests.

Unfortunately, we ended up in a room adjacent to a very rude family that was disturbing us until late at night. Despite my reports to the front desk, the problem was not resolved and the vacation was compromised.

PLEASANT STAY WITH GROUP TRIP

I stayed at the Hotel Splendid during a group trip.
Very well-kept hotel in terms of cleanliness and service, very courteous and helpful staff. Unfortunately, since it was not high season, many services in the wellness area were not available.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Madonna di Campiglio

Everything was great: location, views, rooms, restaurant, shuttle service... Especially, i would like to thank the staff - hospitable and friendly. Emmanuel at the reception, Anita at the restaurant and Salvatore - the shuttle bus driver - were great!
