Really nice
Well-kept new structure externally with private parking, but you can also park along the street or in a pitch next to the parking structure. Cleanliness Top. Clean bathroom, we were also made to find a hairdryer .. equipped kitchen. Spaces x pick up clothes wide.there are wide stairs or a comfortable elevator x the upper floors. Top organization. We arrived very late .. we were left x codes open the external gates and x keys can enter without problems! Location close to the sea.

The price was comparable to a hotel, but we stayed for nine nights and there was no cleaning or change of bed linen or towels during our stay. If we wanted fresh towels or cleaning, it cost around €160 extra each time.
If you're planning to stay for several nights, it might actually be better to split your booking into two separate reservations. That way, you'll likely get the room cleaned and receive fresh towels and bed linen at least once during your stay.

I booked this apartment last minute after a terrible experience at another property nearby. This property couldnt have been better. Excellent communication from reception about checking in details and on arrival exceptional service and friendliness. The apartment was exactly as described and my only complaint is that I wasnt staying for longer

Apartment was clean, and although we didnt need to ise laundry system, we knew it was there and could have used it if needed.

OK, but not value for money
The apartments at Beverly Park Residence are in a very convenient location, close to restaurants and bars and just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting around easy.
Reception staff are friendly and welcoming.
The apartment was a decent size, quite basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. There was a TV, pull out sofa, and dining table, as well as plenty of storage for clothes and personal items.
There was a small balcony, which had a rail to hang washing rather than any table or chairs, so it wasn’t usable as somewhere to sit and relax.
No mosquito screens on the windows!
Extra charge for air con!
The bathroom was a decent size; however, the shower had no shelf for toiletries, the water temperature was very erratic, and it was hard to find a temperature between freezing and one that would scald your skin. The doors on the shower also did not meet each other, which meant the bathroom floor would end up drenched. Towels were provided, but these were not changed during our five-night stay.
The kitchen was functional and had everything you would need. Guests are required to leave it completely clean before checking out.
Guests are also required to take out rubbish at the end of their stay. This would be fine if the rubbish area was on the property somewhere, but it is not. It’s a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction to the bars, restaurants etc..
Overall, the apartment was fine for a short visit if you just need a clean and comfortable place in a good location.
