Excellent hotel
Clean hotel two minutes from the hospital cisanello practically walk there.La Mrs. Imma is an extraordinary person and the hotel is comfortable and spotless. We were really good as at casa.in plus has parking personale.Curatissimo in detail is really quiet, the beds are very comfortable and you sleep really well.

How to feel at home .... up to a point
Given that we were very well, like feeling at home, we used the house from Tuesday to Saturday excluded. Good reception as at home, small precautions to pay attention to where the customer overrules as you are welcomed as I repeat .... as at home. So we turned a blind eye to both a 1-cent coin that strangely stood on the sink of the newly delivered room, fitted kitchen without corkscrews. Coffee machine (kindly offered) unfortunately broken despite being told it was working. Cleaning lady who comes early in the morning to perform the ironing of sheets and pillows ... I repeat things irrelevant to the reception received. At the start, however, they gained weight, because something happened that you do not expect and that makes you realize that maybe you would have done well to point out certain things . Saturday morning we receive a photo from the owner where there is chewing gum on the head of the bed. Of course we answer that after being welcomed as at home for a stay not of vacation ... but hospital, we would never have dreamed of leaving a rubber on the head of the bed. My brother and I were in the military and we come from a family of carabinieri and respect for the rules and things of others is in our DNA. The lady replies that she has confidence in the cleaning guys and that it was impossible that those tires were left there by someone who had gone before us. The lady insists on unfairly accusing us of something not true that gives more the idea of a girl and at that point to make her understand that as she had collected us we had also superseded those things indicated at the beginning .... she replies saying that we were wrong not to report them. Probably thought that the coffee machine already broken and 'was also the one damaged by us ..... honestly we felt at home ... nice farmhouse ..... but we were really bad at being blamed for something not true.

Casale Cisanello you feel at home
The b & b Casale Cisanello is located in a quiet location, clean, cozy equipped with everything, served very well with public services.
Convenient for those who need to go to Cisanello as a few steps, but also to visit Pisa with a nice walk.
In my case it was the best choice in everything.
The host Mrs. Imma extremely kind, and helpful with guests, highly recommended.

The illusion of savings.
Apart from the comfort of Casale Cisanello in Pisa which is located near the hospital, as far as the stay is concerned this was negative. Payment for the four-day stay was requested in advance and when it came to claiming a refund for two days not taken we were denied. The first day we used the farmhouse my wife and I, the other days only my wife had to stay to attend the hospital. The undersigned force majeure was discharged from the hospital two days earlier than expected and sent home by ambulance. As soon as he heard of the resignation he promptly took action to inform the owner at 12.49 that he had been discharged for hospital needs and she replied that she could hardly reimburse the two days not enjoyed.
Think that by telephone he had repeatedly said that if necessary he would block other days without any payment.
Practically if I had opted for the 4 Star hotel a few meters away, I would have saved (booking for 4 days and paid only the due when I left the hotel) receiving a service definitely better than standard and complete with everything.
I would like to point out that access to the rooms was almost impossible in my condition having to undergo a rather invasive spinal surgery, in fact the only way to reach the rooms upstairs was through a small and narrow spiral staircase and as if that were not enough there were also obstacles during the complicated path, such as plastic flowers that further limited the passage.
One last thing also concerns the tourist tax paid in full at the time of entry and also this withholding although not used.
I hope that my report will be of help to all those people who trust in a person who seems generous and then discover the true face.

Buongiorno signor Angelo,la ringrazio perché con questa recensione, mi da la possibilita di ribadire il rispetto delle regole.
Casale Cisanello offre la possibilità di cancellare gratuitamente la propria prenotazione fino ad un tre giorni prima del soggiorno, e della firma del contratto.
Ha potuto già sperimentare la cancellazione gratuita,in quanto aveva gia fatto una prenotazione per tre giorni,precedente alla data in cui ha soggiornato.Ha cancellato senza nessun problema e senza nessun costo da parte sua perché rientrava nel regolamento.
Fa una nuova prenotazione di 3 giorni,non è sicuro che gli possono bastare 3 giorni, senza nessun impegno,e senza nessun costo le blocchiamo anche il quarto giorno con la preghiera di farci sapere il prima possibile se la camera dobbiamo tenerla bloccata o renderla libera.
Le regole della struttura prevedono un check-out entro le 10,00
mi comunica verso ora di pranzo che lascia la camera, la signora alle 14,15 era sempre in camera,va via dopo poco,per noi ha usufruito della struttura,così come la notte successiva non era nei tempi del regolamento per la disdetta.
Per quanto riguarda le scale gli era stato fatto presente ed mi aveva risposto che non c'erano problemi.
Un accanimento negativo ,tra l'altro su diversi portai,solo perché abbiamo chiesto il rispetto delle le regole.
Prima di tale momento da messaggi inviati eravamo super disponibili,super gentili....
Comunque ribadisco
che La ringrazio infinitamente per avermi dato questa possibilità di chiarimento delle regole.
Se vorrà tornare la nostra struttura è disponibile ad ospitarla,sempre nel rispetto delle regole.

We had a great time, the structure is very clean and very close to the hospital Cisanello just cross the road to reach it, Imma is very kind available at every request his welcome is very warm you breathe a 'family air, thanks Imma would return without delay.
