Horrible

It was not a room, but a hole.
After insistence, I received only one towel.
Air conditioner positioned with airflow directly on the bed.
Cleanliness? ...

Negative

Bad reception. I anticipated the departure asking for a refund of one night, communicating this in advance to the structure and Booking and the response of the structure was negative!!

Discusting

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. I want to emphasize that we did not stay at the hotel that night because they refused to accommodate us.
Upon arrival, we learned that our check-in was refused due to a 30-minute delay past the designated time of 11:00. This delay was not our fault but rather a result of the train system. I have never encountered such a strict and inflexible check-in policy in my life, leaving us stranded on the street.
When we called around 9:00 to inform the hotel of our delayed arrival, we were clearly told that they could not accommodate us after 11:00 and if we wanted to wait, we would have to pay for the taxi ourselves. Such professionalism is unheard of. Despite calling Booking.com and providing evidence for a free cancellation, the hotel adamantly refused to approve it.
Later, we attempted to call the hotel again the following day. Booking.com informed us that the hotel had received payment for the reservation. When we called the hotel directly, the receptionist informed us that the manager was on vacation until May 5th and they would not be able to assist us until then. I tried to contact them between May 5th and 10th, only to find out they had blocked me on WhatsApp. Moreover, their WhatsApp profile pictures were written with a different hotel name.
When my girlfriend, who is Italian, called to communicate in her native language, the receptionist demanded a taxi fare for us to be able to go home, and also mentioned that they did not accept these requests. The manager spoke rudely and loudly on the phone and hung up on my girlfriend. I have never encountered such ignorant and disrespectful behavior in my life. They abruptly ended the call before the conversation was even finished, showing a complete disregard for our problem.
Our money was practically stolen from us. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Pirates

We booked with booking and in order for them to open the reception for us at the time we arrived (11:30 p.m.) they wanted to charge us an extra €10. We contacted booking to check if it was correct or not, and the owner did not agree with it, and he directly refused to open the door for us, when we had already paid EVERYTHING.
Booking couldn't do anything in this regard either.
So for tonight we had to find another hotel, and pay for an extra night.
BE VERY CAREFUL if you book with these pirates.

Manager was an out of control bully

My flight was delayed by 4.5 hours. I emailed in advance when I knew of delay and phoned when I arrived at 22h45. The manager literally screamed down the phone at me, that reception closed at 23h00..That is mentioned nowhere in any info. He was agggessive and bullying He was totally out of control. I am a solo woman travelling on my own and when I asked him what he suggested I do he kept shouting “it’s your problem, it’s your problem”. I finally got him to me agree a 15E extra for late arrival, which I would have agreed to in the first place if he had just asked. I didn’t know what else to do. It was late and everywhere was booked. When I arrived I realised if I’d got a taxi I’d have been within his made-up-on-the-moment-time limitation but I was really shaken and he was really not interested in being helpful. The guy who greeted me was fine but downtrodden and I suspect this is not a legit business. The place is really creepy, there’s no-one in attendance. I did not feel at all safe. I left at 10h00 and no sign of anyone. The room is like a cell. For the additional 15Euro, I have stayed in much nicer and safer hotels in the same area. I come every year but was trying to be on a budget. Really don’t come here.
