Professionalism and availability.
I had booked this property for the period from July 27, 2027 to August 01, 2027. Unfortunately, due to a sudden bereavement, we were forced to leave the hotel on the morning of July 29 to return immediately to our place of residence. The hotel management showed unique professionalism. Expressing their regret for what happened, they only charged us for the 2 days of our stay. They did not make us pay for the entire booked period, nor any penalty.

Disappointing
I did not like the accommodation at all. All the photos on the internet are misleading and do not correspond to reality. Everything around the hotel as well as inside looks run-down, especially the garage, which looks like it could collapse at any moment.
Another big problem was the beach. Hotel guests were not allowed to lie in the first row directly by the sea, but were sent to a separate area behind it. That was an absolute disaster for me.
I complained about it and even offered to pay an extra charge to get a lounge chair in the first row with a view of the sea – unfortunately without success. I was told these seats were reserved, which was not true, however, as they were empty most of the time.
I tried multiple times to resolve this problem with the hotel staff, but no one was interested or offered a solution.
I am very disappointed and therefore left the hotel early.
I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Disappointing Stay Despite the Great Location
Overall, our stay was disappointing. The location is definitely the hotel's biggest advantage, as it is convenient and beautiful. However, many aspects of the property need significant improvement.
The cleanliness was inconsistent. Some areas were clean, while others clearly needed more attention. The furniture is outdated and should be replaced. The swimming pool and several of its facilities are rusty, which gives the impression of poor maintenance.
The food was acceptable, but the variety was limited, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Finding suitable meal options was difficult. The coffee was also of very poor quality.
The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was incredibly hard—almost as hard as the floor—making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
With better maintenance, updated furniture, improved food options, and more comfortable mattresses, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Unfortunately, in its current condition, I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is very dated. We haven’t been for about 6 years and it is still as dated as it was years ago. The only improvement was the breakfast area had been relocated - much better. The shower in our room was so small you could not turn and it was extremely difficult to wash your hair. The hotel has a distinct smell of ‘ drains’ in the entrance and reception area, very smelly and off putting. They have introduced a 15 euro hire charge for pool towels… the towels were almost threadbare!! We also had an issue of another guest stealing our hired towels, they clearly did not want to pay the 15 euros. This is definitely not a 4 star rating!!

So-so.
I'll start with the pros: excellent dinners, friendly dining room staff, and definitely spacious connecting rooms. Cold welcome at the reception, apart from the kindness of the young boy. The facility definitely needs to be overhauled both internally and externally. A unfortunately sore and unacceptable point is the very poor cleanliness both in the rooms and in the common areas, and even on cutlery and plates. Especially the windows, both in the room and in the lobby, are indecent, dirty with handprints on the inside glass and completely covered with rain marks on the outside, some even broken. They were never cleaned during our entire stay. Bad smell at the entrance to the dining room and in the tiny bathroom of the room (compared to the huge size of the room, the bathroom is truly small).
