For an early departure or late arrival at Pisa Airport this place is a gem. Close to airport €15 euro taxi ride but also vlose to city centre. Lovely staff and incredibly good value. Breakfast is pretty standard Italian hotrl fare. Dinner acceptable and good value for money thougthere arehsome brilliant eateries nearby as well.
Have been coming here for years....and keep doing so

A DIP IN THE NINETIES

Very old hotel especially in the common areas, poorly maintained and in evident degradation such as ruined and dirty elevators.
Large but disappointing breakfast room.
Breakfast with croissants and frozen cakes, and DIY cappuccinos from the machines.
Room renovated superficially, bathroom scruffy and ruined.
Cleanliness acceptable.
Hotel is definitely not to be classified as 4 stars.
Convenient parking in the outdoor area.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is old a little dated but the room was clean and the area had a couple of restaurants and a supermarket about 10 minute walk . Lots of parking available. Breakfast was not my favorite but they offered free breakfast. Leaning Tower of Pisa is about 10 minutes by car. Not much to do in that town other than seeing the tower and many restaurants and shops in that area.

Positive stay

We stayed one night in this hotel. The room was spacious, essential, and clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Varied continental breakfast, both sweet and savory. Convenient location and ample parking.

One night and away

For one night only in Pisa, we chose this hotel. As soon as you enter there was a particular smell, kind of old-fashioned, we honestly did not like it much, even if the pleasantness of the smells is subjective. As a room we chose a triple. It was basically a twin, where there was no double mattress but two beds attached, and then they added a third bed in front of the bedside table. We were really tight. Let's say that to classify as 4 stars, this should not exist. Breakfast was enough, there was a bit of everything. Overall, for those who don't have high expectations and have to stay not too many days, it could go.
