Very good for the Award

Delighted with the welcome, a charming lady and available despite our late arrival...
We had a clean room, soap, towels, TV, fan...
Everything was great! And besides they love animals.

Very negative.

My review is absolutely negative, I arrive in Pisa with my invalid wife. I phoned to book first in August and then early September. I call from the airport and I hear that the room had been taken and that the lady could not help it. Needless to continue with the comments, I'm just saying it left me in the middle of the street. Shame on you this is no way to run a b&b. A tip if you book get confirmation in writing. If I had, I would have reported her.

Wake up with the bricklayers in your room

Nightmarish awakening, I found myself practically the bricklayers in the room! The Room had a glass door communicating with another room where they were hammering and drilling at most I can! This thing is really amazing from the door you could see everything and my wife and I could not even go to the bathroom; a total violation of privacy. I have always booked with qualified agencies on the internet and something like this has never happened to me, they have very little regard for the customer, jobs are done when the rooms are empty! And you don't wake people up to crazy construction site noises! Absolutely not recommended, to report.

Simply SHAMEFUL

TERRIBLE.
I booked this hotel as my partner and I had to make an important medical examination at the Pisa hospital.
A few hours before my arrival, the owner cancelled my Reservation on the booking site without even notifying me. I was on the highway when I got the notification on my application.
I was not notified either with a message or a call.
I tried to contact her many times and finally the owner replied telling me that the room was no longer available and that maybe it would help me find another Accommodation .. shame that the other Accommodation was actually occupied.
I arrived in Pisa with nowhere to sleep with a visit booked the next day at 8am.
It's shameful!!!

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Don't let the photos fool you, the furniture is literally falling apart. They didn't even leave shampoo or shower gel and if the toilet paper runs out there's no one to ask for it. In all cases it is better to spend 10/15 euros more and choose a place closer to the centre, you will save money on petrol, parking and possible fines as Pisa has many limited traffic areas with cameras.
